The Lone Gunman: Diego Luna (Tail, The Killings), Rodrigo Santoro (Resident Evil 3, Blood on the Moon), Elias Janssen ("Jane the Virgin") and Gavin Drea (My Salinger Year, "Resistance") will round out the cast of the Chris Evans-led thriller, The Lone Gunman. Doug Liman is directing the film based on a script by Harmony Winters (The Past Before).
The Crow: Wings of Isaiah: Santiago Cabrera (The Crow: Resurrected, "Star Trek: Picard") will join Lili Simmons as a returning cast member from the previous Crow film from director Sam Raimi and writer Jacob Jones. Additionally, Algee Smith (Judas and the Black Messiah, The Hate U Give), Zoe Bell (Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Freshwater) and Kiefer Sutherland (Spider-Man, Cold) have all signed on to the film to round out the supporting cast of the film - this time led by John Boyega.
The Curse of Janara: Taylor Kitsch (Hawkworld, Floyd Monroe), Amanda Seyfried (The Powerpuff Girls, Justice League Europe), Scoot McNairy (Revelations, McCain) and Olivia Wilde (A Life, Someone Else) will star in the supernatural horror film The Curse of Janara. Kitsch and Seyfried will play a married couple who go visit her sister (Wilde) in a small town - where there are of course some creepy supernatural occurences going on. McNairy will play the town's priest. Colin Trevorrow (Halo: Reach, Detective James) will helm the film from a script by Andrew Doster (The Brilliant Friend, Fear of the Dark).
Risico: Dan Stevens (Elysian, Klondike) is finally underway on filming his highly anticipated debut as James Bond in Risico. Richard E. Grant (Pulp, Logan) and Tom Ellis ("Lucifer", Isn't It Romantic) have signed on to join Stevens in the film. Grant will take on the role of M, the head of MI6, while Ellis will play another 00 Agent in the department. Christopher Nolan (Caesar, Tenet) is directing the film based on a script by John Malone (Superman: The Last Son of Krypton, Crimson).
L.A. Rex: Benicio del Toro (Sicario, No Sudden Move), Aaron Taylor-Johnson (The Kiss Quotient, Dragon Ball: The Wrath of the Demon King), Javier Bardem (The Wolfman, Mass Effect) and John Cusack (Task Force X, Lucky Luke and Billy the Kid) are set to star in an adaptation of LAPD detective-turned-writer Will Beall's novel, L.A. Rex. Del Toro will play a veteran LAPD officer breaking in a rookie partner (Taylor-Johnson). Bardem will play a drug kingpin, while Cusack will play a charismatic attorney. Gavin O'Connor (Girl in the Fog, Eileen) is onboard to direct the film from an adaptation by Wesley Campbell (Recursion, Peter and the Shadow Thieves).
The World: Done to Death: Director Mike Flanagan (The Birds, Doctor Sleep) is set to follow-up his Season 16 hit remake of The Birds with a post-apocalyptic adventure/horror film, The World: Done to Death. Kyliegh Curran ("Secrets of Sulphur Springs", Doctor Sleep) and Noah Jupe (Worried Mind, Lowell) will star as two teenagers trying to make it to the Canadian border during a zombie outbreak. They will also be joined by Rosie Perez ("The Flight Attendant", The Last Thing He Wanted) in the film. Jimmy Ellis (Hillside, Drawing Dion) penned the script.
