Amityville Horror: Winslow Fegley (EarthBound, The Flash #2) and Skylar Betteridge (Home Before Dark, "The Gold") have joined the second film in the Amityville film series from director Vincenzo Natali and writer Jack Brown as the children of the Lutz family. Natalie Alyn Lind (The Youngest Hart, Pet Sematary: Bloodlines) has also been added to the film in a supporting role to complete the casting process of the project.

The Avengers: Several more familiar faces will be returning for The Avengers. Gemma Arterton (Sinatra, Fantastic Four and the Silver Surfer) will be back as Silver Surfer's love Shalla-Bal, Mila Kunis (Black Widow x Hawkeye, Believe It or Not!) is returning as Black Widow, Tom Selleck (Captain America: Winter's End, McCain) will be playing Tony Stark once again, Glen Powell (Captain America: Winter's End, Gears of War 2) will be playing Captain America, and finally in a more unexpected announcement, DeObia Oparei (Silver Surfer: The Power Cosmic, Wrath of Man) will reprise his role as Morg the Executioner from the second Silver Surfer film. Gareth Edwards is directing the Marvel Universe epic from a script by D.R. Cobb and Mark Newton.

Metroid: Jeffrey Dean Morgan (The Nest, Splinter CellL Blacklist), Sterling K. Brown (INFINITY, The Mars Room), and David Tennant (Batman Beyond, The Boy in the Suitcase) have all been added to the video game adaptation Metroid, in what are expected to be voice-only roles. Morgan will portray the Pirate Commander, Brown will portray Gay Voice, and Tennant will portray the villainous Ridley. Cary Joji Fukunaga is directing the video game action from a script by Dawson Edwards in his LRF debut.

Love Is...: Director Greta Gerwig's latest ensemble dramedy has added Jacob Tremblay (Saving Yemen, Camp Manhood), Jack Dylan Grazer (Written By Jason, Uncharted 4), Christine Baranski ("The Gilded Age", "The Good Fight"), and Vivien Lyra Blair (Goodrich, The Boogeyman) to its cast. The film has been written by Joshua Collins. 

Night Stalker: Danny Ramirez (No Exit, Captain America: Brave New World) has been tasked with starring in Night Stalker, a film based on the murderous crime spree of Richard Ramirez aka the Night Stalker, who went on a months long serial killing spree in 1985 Los Angeles. Ramirez will play title role while Michael Pena (American Dirt, Twisted Metal) and Michael Chiklis (Bad Education, Spawn 2: Payback) have signed on to play the detectives leading the investigation. Zoe Kazan (Hillside, Free the Chicago Seven!) has also signed on for a role as a woman who falls in love with the killer. Trey Edward Shults (Observance, Waves) is directing the film from a script by Clive Steinbeck (Bigfoot, Wishmaster).

Power Rangers: It was only a matter of time before LRF writers got around to adapting the Power Rangers franchise at the studio. Jake Kasdan (Maximum Max, Jumanji: The Next Level) is going to handle the directing duties while Diane Esposito (Songbird, The Shadow) has penned the adaption which aims to bring a big budget flair to the world of the original Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers television series. Playing the Power Rangers themselves will be Millie Bobby Brown (X-Men: Hellfire, Written By Jason) as Kimberly the Pink Ranger, Asher Angel (Final End, Sleeping Beauties) as Jason the Red Ranger, Wyatt Oleff (Phantasm: Awakening, Red Queen) as Billy the Blue Ranger, Niles Fitch (Klondike, After) as Zack the Black Ranger, and finally Minnie Mills ("Obliterated", "The Summer I Turned Pretty") as Trini the Yellow Ranger.
