CBS All Access working on their own event series adaptation of Stephen King's famed novel
The Stand, Last Resort Films has fast-tracked their own big screen adaptation of the book. Originally set to debut in Season 12 or 13, the film will now be released at the beginning of next season instead. The film will be written by Matt Parker (Delaware, Paradise Lost), making it his first film since Season 4.
