Condon will play the only daughter of the gas station owner played by Hanks. Offerman will play a regular customer, while Magaro will play an employee of the station. Mo Buck penned the film, which is based on the 2003 French-Canadian film, Gaz Bar Blues.

The Hunchback of Notre Dame: Robert Sheehan (L.A. Rex, X-Men) and Bernard Hill (Valkyrie, Golden Years) have been cast in the big-budget live-action remake of the animated musical film, The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Sheehan will play the narrator of the story, a gypsy performer. Hill, meanwhile, will play the cathedral's Archdeacon. Sam Taylor-Johnson is directing the film from a script by Walter McKnight.

The Beat Goes On: Will Smith (Blue Heat, Emancipation) is set to return to LRF screens for the first time since Season 8's Blue Heat. He will headline the big budget musical, The Beat Goes On - an ambitious jukebox musical film that looks to chart 30 years in the lives of a famed musical family. Smith will play the patriarch of the family, a Motown singer who becomes an acclaimed record producer once his career begins to fizzle. Zendaya (Artemis, Zoe's Vegas) has been cast as Smith's daughter, who becomes a hip-hop star. Robert Downey Jr. (Green River, Oppenheimer) has also been cast in the film as Smith's mentor, a '50s lounge singer.
