Box Office Facts
Watchmen
Watchmen is a record-breaking film for writer Alex Conn in several ways. It is the highest grossing film as a solo writer for Conn, the biggest budgeted film of Conn's filmography, and has lost more money than any of his previous films.
Falling on the Cross
Writer Jacob Jones has now penned four Sports films for the studio - Sunny Days, Corndog, The Oil Slick, and now Falling on the Cross - with less than ideal results. The four films have combined to gross $140 million at the box office (averaging $35 million worldwide) and have combined to lose $126 million for the studio (averaging a loss of $32 million).
The Ghost Connection
This sequel was a bigger financial success than its predecessor, The Smoke in the Red Country. The worldwide box office went up by 17.7% while the profits nearly doubled (an increase of 91%).
