Delaware: Will Arnett ("Arrested Development", "Flaked") and Jack Huston (Ben-Hur, Their Finest) have signed on to round out the cast of Scott Cooper's Delaware. Arnett will portray General Horatio Gates, who butts heads with George Washington (Christian Bale). Huston, meanwhile, will portray General John Sullivan, who commands one of the groups of soldiers under Washington.
Halo 2: The cast of Halo 2 is now complete with Hugo Weaving (Gorky Park, Hacksaw Ridge), John Lithgow (Birth of Frankenstein, Daddy's Home 2) and John Slattery ("Mad Men", Spotlight) joining the big-budget project. Weaving and Lithgow will portray and voice motion-capture characters, the Prophet of Regret and the Prophet of Mercy. Slattery, meanwhile, will play Terrence Hood, the Fleet Admiral, a role that could return in future films.
The Fog: Robbie Coltrane (Great Expectations, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows), Shawn Ashmore (X-Men: Days of Future Past, "The Following"), James Marsden (Into the Grizzly Maze, "Westworld") have all signed on to appear in Tommy Wirkola and Jack Slipter's remake of John Carpenter's The Fog. Coltrane will play the town doctor, Ashmore will play the local weather man, and Marsden will play the captain of a ship in the 1800s that sank nearby.
Home Again: Geraldine Chaplin (A Monster Calls, There Be Dragons), Tye Sheridan (X-Men: Apocalypse, Detour) and Leslie Bibb (Hell Baby, To the Bone) will round out the cast of Home Again from director Destin Daniel Cretton and writer Chad Taylor. Chaplin will play Scott Glenn's first wife and the mother of Joaquin Phoenix's character, Sheridan will play a high school friend of Timothee Chalamet, and Bibb will play Joaquin Phoenix's wife.
Masters of the Universe: More cartoon characters come to life with the additions of Eleanor Tomlinson ("Poldark", Jack the Giant Slayer), Manu Bennett (The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies, Death Race 2050) and Olga Kurylenko (The Death of Stalin, Oblivion) to the cast of the He-Man film, Masters of the Universe. Tomlinson will play Teela, a possible love interest of Prince Adam. Bennett will play Man-At-Arms, the head of the royal guard and Teela's father. Kurylenko will play Evil-Lyn, Skeletor's most trusted ally. Dean Israelite directs from a Mark Newton script.
Carbon: Taron Egerton (Kingsman: The Secret Service, Eddie the Eagle) will lead the sci-fi thriller Carbon from director DJ Caruso (I Am Number Four, xXx: Return of Xander Cage) and writer Clive Steinbeck (Tumulus, Blood Countess). He will play a young man who escapes from the compound he was raised in, only to learn that everything he's been told is a lie. Mel Gibson (Blood Father, Daddy's Home 2) will co-star in the film as a mysterious man with a vested interest in Egerton's return to the compound.
