LRF NOW AWARDS

Welcome to the first ever LRF NOW Awards, celebrating the first batch of ten shows from LRF NOW - the streaming television wing of Last Resort Films. 

The LRF NOW Awards will work slightly different than the Golden Reel Awards. Given that there will only be 10 series in each batch of shows, there was no nominations voting phase of the awards. Instead, voters were given all of the choices possible to vote between, and for sake of drama and excitement the four finalists in each category will be listed prior to announcing the winner (making them the de facto nominees).

And now for the promised announcement regarding the future of LRF NOW Original Series.... LRF NOW is not going away, however there is also not a set start date for the second batch of series. Rather than set any kind of schedule or deadlines and hope to meet them, the studio has decided to simply wait until there are a full batch of series (10) and then set the schedule for that batch. At this point the earliest the next batch could debut would be Season 27 or 28 (we're currently still a few series away from a full slate, so you can still submit your shows), but that will be entirely dependent on you writers....
