In Development

Atlantis: Clive Standen ("Taken", "Vikings"), Will Patton (Halloween Kills, The Forever Purge) and Richard Dormer (Togo, "Game of Thrones") will round out the primary cast of the DC Comics Universe introduction of Aquaman and the Atlantis mythos. Standen will play the Atlantean warrion Siron, Dormer will play a king, while Patton will play Arthur Curry's mentor, Vulko. David Michod is directing the film based on a script from Jimmy Ellis. Steven Spielberg is the producer of the film.

Blue is the Warmest Color: Jake T. Austin (Hated: The Ballad of GG Allin, Blue Beetle) and Melissa Leo (Spark of Madness, Deprogramming) have joined director Luca Guadagnino's remake of the French lesbian romance film, Blue is the Warmest Color, in supporting roles. Leo will play the mother of Dakota Fanning's character, while Austin will play an aspiring musician who befriends Kaitlyn Dever's character. Alex Conn penned the film.

Maledicta: Hot off the success of Whaling, Madison Iseman (Whaling, A Following) has signed on to star in latest horror project from writer Ben Collins (Photographs, Shouts from the Well). Joining her in the film will be Lana Condor (To All the Boys I've Loved Before, "Deadly Class") and Kathryn Newton (Shouts from the Well, Circumstances of Time). Adam Wingard (Damned Ship, Heavy Rain) is set to direct the film.

Emergency: Bradley Cooper (Wolf, Sunny Days) will follow up his acclaimed role in Nicolas Winding Refn's Wolf with a starring role in the upcoming drama/thriller, Emergency. Cooper will play a radio disc jockey who finds himself covering the biggest news story of the century - an impending nuclear attack on the US. Joining Cooper in the film will be Harrison Ford (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Metal Gear Solid) and Angelina Jolie (High Society, Eternals). Ford will play the owner of the radio station and Jolie will play a field reporter for the station. In addition to her supporting role, Jolie is also set to direct the film based on a script by Jacob Jones.

The Mobster's Violin: Joaquin Phoenix (Revelations, Misfit) has signed on to star in a new drama from director Damien Chazelle (Spider-Man, Oklahoma!). He will play a mobster with a terminal illness who is tasked with possession of a valuable violin. Jimmy Ellis (The Void, Pontiac) penned the film.

Ghost Rider: Aaron Paul (Outlaw Country, Life of a Champion Part 2) has already been announced for the title role of the upcoming Ghost Rider film, playing the motorcycle-riding Danny Ketch, who becomes a supernatural spirit of vengeance. Joining Paul in the film will be Emma Greenwell ("The Path", "Shameless") and Richard Brake (Twisted Metal, The Tower). Greenwell will play Paul's sister and Brake will play the villainous Blackout. Russian filmmaker Ilya Naishuller (Nobody, Hardcore Henry) is set to direct the film from a script by Mark Newton (Gears of War, Rainbow Six).
