The Roundup with Jeff Stockton (Season 17 Round 10)

And that's a wrap on Season 17 of LRF. For the last time in Season 17, here's The Roundup....

3. The Devil's Revenge
I admittedly didn't have very strong feelings for the first film, The Devil's Passage, and I feel similarly about this sequel. It was alright, but I just don't feel it makes the most out of its premise.

2. The Glass Menagerie
This is a film that may have added a few names to the awards race thanks to the acting of its quartet of characters. While the film was fairly understated, it felt meticulous in its details - historical, emotional, character, etc.

1. Green Lantern Corps
APJ had his work cut out for him trying to bring the GLC into the DC Comics Universe. Personally, I was impressed with the end results. While it's maybe not as distinct of a film as something like Namor the Sub-Mariner, it brought plenty of action and excitement to the big screen.

3, 2 & 1. Awards Race
Despite some strong performances in this final round, I feel like the awards races are still pretty much a toss up in several categories, especially Best Actress where I'm not really sure there are four truly worthy candidates.
