Resume: Chloe Grace Moretz

For this latest edition of Resume, we are taking a look at the filmography of LRF's Supergirl herself.... Chloe Grace Moretz!

Season 2
The Secret History
Director: Ang Lee
Writer: Clive Steinbeck

Budget: $28,000,000
Domestic Box Office: $31,202,022
Foreign Box Office: $30,471,986
Total Profit: $3,131,852

Chloe Grace Moretz made her LRF debut in Season 2's darkly dramatic novel adaptation, The Secret History. The film managed to squeak by with a bit of a profit, but is more notable for garnering Moretz with her first GRA Nomination (Best Supporting Actress) for her first role with the studio.

Season 8

Domestic Box Office: $33,000,092
Foreign Box Office: $10,710,883
Total Profit: -$22,976,239

Moretz was back a handful of seasons later in the teen rom-com Eleanor & Park, which was ravaged by critics and lost a chunk of change for the studio. Moretz's casting was a specific target for critics - finding her not particularly believable as an unattractive, wallflower high school student at that point in her career.

Season 10
Haute Couture
Director: Jean-Marc Vallee
Writers: James Morgan & Ann Morrow

Budget: $50,000,000
Domestic Box Office: $52,923,619

Total Profit: -$6,017,052

Budget: $24,000,000
Domestic Box Office: $18,704,936
Foreign Box Office: $13,879,112

Domestic Box Office: $33,298,374
Foreign Box Office: $50,021,492
