Carpenter: Matthew Lillard ("Good Girls", He's All That), Mary McDonnell ("Major Crimes", Margin Call) and Richard Kelly regular character actor Holmes Osborne (Rules Don't Apply, Larry Crowne) will round out the cast of the mysterious Carpenter, led by Nicolas Cage. Lillard will play Cage's curious neighbor, McDonnell will play Cage's mother in law, and Osborne will play his doctor. Richard Kelly directs from an original script by Roy Horne.

The Dark Tower III: The Waste Lands: Zoe Saldana (He Kills, The Story of the Assassin) and Caleb Landry Jones (Task Force X: Chaos and Madness, Cocaine Cowboys) are officially set to reprise their roles from the second film in the Dark Tower series, The Drawing of the Three. The two will be continuing their journey with Roland the Gunslinger (Christian Bale). Also joining the film will be Joseph Sikora (Hawkworld, "Power") in an undisclosed villainous role. Matt Reeves directs from a script written by Matt Parker and based on the novel by Stephen King.

The Producer: Bradley Cooper (Broadway, Wolf) is set to star in and direct a film based on the life of Roy Radin, a low-level New York music promoter who has his sights set on breaking into Hollywood as a movie producer. Cooper will be joined by Shailene Woodley (Gathering of the Wolves, Elysian) as a West Coast drug dealer to the stars and Matt Dillon (To The Max, Mandingos) and legendary Hollywood producer Robert Evans. The film was written by Lon Charles (Sinatra, Hair).  

Judas Iscariot:
Tom Hardy (Rainbow Six, God of War: Kratos) has been tapped to play the title role in Judas Iscariot, a film based on the life of the Biblical figure. The film will reportedly focus on his relationship with Jesus Christ, who will be played by Aidan Turner (Superman: The Last Son of Krypton, Lowell). Also joining the film in supporting roles are Adele Exarchopoulos (Batman: In The Shadows, Sibyl) and Emily Browning (Firestorm, "American Gods"). Exarchopoulos will play Judas' wife, while Browning will play Mary Magdalene. Following up his Season 21 Best Director GRA, Jeff Nichols (The Void, Superman: The Last Son of Krypton) will direct the film which will re-team him with writer John Malone (Black Hole, Risico), who penned the film, for the sixth time.

The Big One: The first film of Season 24 will be The Big One from director Paul Thomas Anderson (Bastion, The Squared Circle). The film will star Sadie Sink (Tumor, Born in Brooklyn) as a teenager who begins to suspect that the adults in her idealic 1950s small town are hiding a secret. Edward Norton (Super Grover, Triangle) and Amy Adams (The Great Beyond, Revolution) have also signed onto the project to play her parents. The film will be from the writing duo of John Malone and Jimmy Ellis (Pontiac, Klondike).

Graduation Trip: Another early Season 24 film will be the comedy Graduation Trip from writer Alex Conn (The Giver, Thrill of the Kill). The film will tell the story of a group of high school seniors on a school trip. Charlie Plummer (Happy Birthday, Columbine), RJ Cyler (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Happy Birthday) and Harley Quinn Smith (Thrill of the Kill, "Cruel Summer") will play some of the students on the trip. Gregg Araki (White Bird in a Blizzard, Kaboom) will direct in his LRF debut.
