Death of a Comic: Juliette Lewis (Hated: The Ballad of GG Allin, "Yellowjackets"), Marcia Gay Harden ("So Help Me Todd", "Code Black") and Patton Oswalt (Burnt Dreams, Long Time) have joined the Adam Sandler-led drama, Death of a Comic. Lewis will play Sandler's wife, Gay Harden will play his sister, while Oswalt will play his talent agent. Thomas Vinterberg directs the film from a script by Mo Buck.
Caesar Part III: Douglas Booth (Caesar Part II, Excalibur) and Steve Coogan (Caesar, Caesar Part II) are set to reprise their roles from the first two Caesar films as Mark Antony and Cicero, respectively. They will be joined by a few new faces in the film: Zachary Quinto (Less, Gargoyles), Matilda De Angelis (Risico, "The Undoing") and Raffey Cassidy (The Punisher: Last Exit, Tumor). Quinto will play Cassius, a senator who plans a rebellion against Caesar. Cassidy will play a love interest to Will Poulter's Brutus. De Angelis, meanwhile, will be playing Cleopatra in the film. Christopher Nolan directs the trilogy finisher from a script by John Malone and Chad Taylor.
The Mars Room: Adria Arjona (Morbius, 6 Underground), Brian Michael Smith ("9-1-1: Lone Star", "Queen Sugar"), Isabela Merced (All the Pretty Horses, Huntress) and Zazie Beetz (The Past Before, Visions) have joined the ensemble cast of novel adaptation The Mars Room. Desiree Akhavan directs from an adaptation by Rosie JoLove and Rachel Hallett Hardcastle.
Among Us: Video game adaptation Among Us has added Nathalie Emmanuel (Wish You Were Here, Luke Cage: Power Man), Lee Pace (The Long Way Home, The Vacationers), Logan Lerman (The Crow: Wings of Isaiah, Hollow Creek) and Michiel Huisman (Crimson Fox, Merdeka) to its cast. They will all play crew members aboard The Skell. Pace will play the ship's doctor, Emmanuel will play his assistant, Lerman will play a storage worker, and Huisman will play the ship's lead weapons specialist. Andre Ovredal is directing the film from a script by Sammy-Jo Ellis.
Paki: Tom Hardy (Judas Oscariot, Rainbow Six) and Riz Ahmed (Sherwood, Sound of Metal) are set to headline a new crime/comedy from director Guy Ritchie (Task Force X, Pulp) and writers Jimmy Ellis (Atlantis: Bloodline, Made Men) and John Malone (Carte Blanche, Judas Iscariot). Hardy will play a gruff fight promoter who recruits a homeless Pakistani war veteran played by Ahmed to fight in a tournament.
Footage from the Past: The Blair Witch Project director Eduardo Sanchez (Exists, Butterfly Kisses) is back with a new found-footage horror film, Footage from the Past. Chace Crawford (The Brilliant Friend, "The Boys"), Corey Hawkins (Free the Chicago Seven!, Resident Evil 3) and Erin Moriarty (Shoe Dog, One Day More) will play a group of friends on a camping trip in the film. Carl Flimmer (Eye of the Scarecrow, Resident Evil 4) penned the script for the film.
