In Development

Cascade: Paul Sparks ("Sweetbitter", Midnight Special), Holt McCallany ("Mindhunter", Splinter Cell: Double Agent), John Carroll Lynch (Decrescendo, The Founder) and Carrie Coon (The Post, "The Leftovers") have all joined the western Cascade from director Kogonada and writer Chad Taylor. Lynch will play a town drunk, Conn will play a madam, and Sparks and McCallany will play the brothers of Gary Oldman's character.

Runaway: To round out its cast, Xavier Dolan has added a quartet of young actors: Antoine-Olivier Pilon (Be More Real, 1:54), Denzel Whitaker (Guilt, Black Panther), Katherine Langford (Trip, Hawkeye) and Juno Temple (Life of a Champion, Wonder Wheel). Mo Buck wrote the script of the TV series adaptation which is currently wrapping up its production.

Green Arrow: Hunters: The upcoming DC Universe sequel has added a group of antagonist characters in the form of David Costabile ("Billions", 13 Hours), Josh Holloway (Animus, The Last of Us), Marc Blucas ("Underground", Brawl on Cell Block 99) and Patrick Heusinger (Jack Reacher: Never Go Back, Splinter Cell: Double Agent). Costabile will play a CIA officer, Holloway will play a CIA operative, Blucas will play a drug runner, and Heusinger will play the Star City Slasher. APJ wrote the script of the superhero film currently being directed by Wes Ball.

Wishmaster: Three more have joined Tarsem Singh's upcoming remake of Wishmaster. Ambyr Childers ("Aquarius", We Are What We Are), Pruitt Taylor Vince (Gotti, Beautiful Creatures) and David Giuntoli (13 Hours, "Grimm") have joined the film in supporting roles. Clive Steinbeck wrote the script.

Adr1ft: While Margot Robbie will dominate much of the screen time of the sci-fi mystery from director Alex Garland, she will be joined by the likes of Liev Schreiber (Shake Hands with the Devil, Halo: ODST), Natalie Martinez (Keep Watching, "Kingdom"), Katherine Waterston (Life on Mars, Dark Places), Rupert Friend ("Homeland", "Strange Angel") and Jack Huston (Delaware, Ben-Hur) in the various supporting roles. Billy Cruder wrote the script.

The Tower: Popular supporting actor Jesse Plemons (Booster Gold II: The Boster Gold Story, Bonnie and Clyde) has been cast in his first starring role for Last Resort Films. Plemons has been cast as mass murderer Charles Whitman in this upcoming biographical film from director Scott Cooper (Delaware, Ranger) and writer Roy Horne (Perfect Blue, Gargoyles).
