In Development

Sunny Days: It's been released that Ben Barnes (Asylum, Resident Evil), Jonathan Tucker (Red Farm, "City on a Hill"), Mark Ruffalo (The Hunt, Oh Johnny Boy) and Bradley Cooper (Mass Effect 3 - Part 1, Mr. Big) have joined the soon to be released wrestling biopic, Sunny Days. Barnes will play wrestler Davey Boy Smith and Tucker will play wrestler Bart Gunn. Ruffalo will play wrestling promoter Jim Cornette, while Cooper has signed on to play wrestling mogul Vince McMahon. Bennett Miller directs from a script by Jacob Jones.

Uncharted 3: Mark Strong (Hunter, Oh Johnny Boy), Helen Mirren (The Hazel Wood, Doppelganger) and Richard Armitage (Lancelot, Rachel Rising) have all signed on to appear in the upcoming sequel Uncharted 3. Strong will play a treasure hunter, while Mirren will play the villain of the film with Armitage as her chief enforcer. Brad Peyton is once again directing the from based on an adaptation from APJ.

A Lost Sense of Heaven: Thomas Haden Church ("Divorce", Black Lightning), Regina King ("Watchmen", If Beale Street Could Talk) and Wayne Knight (Blindspotting, "The Truth About the Harry Quebert Affair") will round out the supporting cast of the tragic drama from director Lynne Ramsay and writer Chad Taylor. Church will play the father of Florence Pugh's character. King and Knight's roles have not been revealed.

Control:
Jake Gyllenhaal (Torso, Batman: Arkham) has inked a deal to star in the upcoming mystery film, Control, from director Denis Villeneuve (Torso, Cosa Nostra). He will play a detective investigating a murder that only he can seem to remember happened. Elizabeth Olsen (Stray Dogs, Heavy Rain) and Lance Reddick ("Bosch", John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum) have also signed on to appear in the film. Olsen will Gyllenhaal's police partner and love interest, while Reddick will play a mysterious figure that becomes a focus of Gyllenhaal's investigation. The original script was written by Jimmy Ellis (Elysian, The Devil's Passage) and John Malone (Superman: The Man of Tomorrow, Elysian).

Silver Surfer: The Power Cosmic: It took a long time, but Keanu Reeves (Silver Surfer, Tumulus) is finally set to return to the big screens as Marvel Comics hero, the Silver Surfer. Also returning for the sequel will be Arnold Vosloo (Kingmaker Chronicles, Star Trek: Enterprise) as Galactus and Abbie Cornish (Black Dublin, The Lady in the Lake) as Frankie Raye / Nova. Ciro Guerra (Embrace of the Serpent, Waiting for the Barbarians) has taken over as director on the film, while Mark Newton (Hunter, The Raid) has returned to pen the film, which is hoping to help kick off a new LRF Marvel Universe.

Justice League Europe:
Speaking of superheroes, the debut film of Season 15 is set to be the DC Comics Universe film, Justice League Europe. Jon Hamm (Captain Atom 2, Doctor Love), Alicia Vikander (Mass Effect 3 - Part 2, Crimson Fox), Joel Edgerton (Rocket Red, Nexus), Edgar Ramirez (Metamorpho, Atlas Shrugged) and Amanda Seyfried (The Powerpuff Girls, Crimson Fox) have all agreed to reprise their previous roles of Captain Atom, Crimson Fox, Rocket Red, Metamorpho and Power Girl, respectively. JJ Abrams (Life After Life, The Stand) has signed on to direct the blockbuster film which was written by Mo Buck (Germinal, Captain Atom 2), Dominic Wilkins (Bright Neon Lights, How to Survive in Hell) and Harry Wright (Tales of Skyrim: Stormcloak, Rocket Red).
