O'Connor will play Joni's first husband, Chuck Mitchell, while Dano will play famed musician David Crosby. Diane Esposito (Ecstasy, The Shadow) is the writer on the project.

A Tale Of Love and Darkness: Writer Alex Conn (Love Is Embarrassing, Free the Chicago Seven!) has lined up his next directorial effort, A Tale of Love and Darkness.
