Justice League War: Completing the cast of Justice League War will be Glenn Close (Baby Teeth, Haunted), who was announced at Comic-Con as Granny Goodness. Joining the film alongside her will be Camila Mendes (The Day, Wonder Woman: Labyrinth) back once again as Donna Troy and Jake Weary (Mimsley and Me, Wonder Woman: Labyrinth) will be back as Jason, both from the Wonder Woman films, Lachy Hulme (Justice League Invasion, Furiosa) will be back as Steppenwolf from Justice League Invasion, and Martyn Ford (The Machine, F9: The Fast Saga) will be a newcomer to the DC Comics Universe as Darkseid's son, Kalibak. Michael Bay once again directs from a script written by APJ, D.R. Cobb, John Malone & Chad Taylor.
H.H.: Tony Goldwyn (The Immortal Iron Fist, "Scandal"), Terry O'Quinn (Knievel, The Black Cat) and April Bowlby (Good Marriage, Recursion) have joined the period sci-fi crime story, H.H. to complete its ensemble cast. David Lowery directs the film from a script by Jimmy Ellis.
Bigfoot: Director Rob Zombie has cast his wife Sheri Moon Zombie (The Munsters, 3 from Hell) in a supporting role in flashbacks as the wife of Steve Zahn's character in his Bigfoot film. Also joining the film will be Zombie cast regular Daniel Roebuck (Stream, Terrifier 3) as a small town mayor looking to capitalize on Bigfoot's killing spree. Clive Steinbeck penned the script.
Songbird: Victoria Pedretti (Tara's World, Under the Influence), Ebon Moss-Bachrach (Red Queen, "The Bear") and Finn Wittrock (Shoe Dog, Don't Move) have joined the Taylor Swift-led Joni Mitchell biopic, Songbird. Pedretti will play fellow female folk singer, Judy Collins. Moss-Bachrach has signed on to portray singer Leonard Cohen, while Wittrock will play James Taylor. Cameron Crowe directs from a script by Diane Esposito.
A Tale of Love and Darkness: Writer/Director Alex Conn's adaptation of Amos Oz's memoir has rounded out its cast with the additions of veteran character actors F. Murray Abraham (The Hulk 2, The Mobster's Violin) and Fred Melamed (The Punisher: Last Exit, Shiva Baby), playing older members of Oz's family who do their best to explain the early years of independent Israel to the young main character.
Red Lantern Corps: One of the early blockbuster films set for Season 32 will be a spin-off of the DC Comics Universe's Green Lantern Corps film, this one set aroud the Red Lantern Corps. John Boyega (The Maid, Green Lantern Corps: Sinestro War) will lead the cast, reprising his role as John Stewart. His co-lead in this one will be Idris Elba (Zero Hour, Wish You Were Here), who will be lending his voice to the founder of the Red Lantern Corps, antihero Atrocitus. Luke Evans (Becoming Carole Lombard, Wolfenstein) will reprise his role as Sinestro in the film, while Riley Keough (Last Days of the American Cowboy, Everything Will Be Alright) will make her DC Comics Universe debut as Laira Omoto, a member of the Green Lantern Corps. Fede Alvarez (House Without End, Alien: Romulus) will direct the film from a script by APJ (Marvin the Martian, Tarzan) and Jimmy Ellis (At Night All Blood Is Black, The Beauty).
