Captain America: Winter's End: Rounding out the cast of the latest Marvel Universe adventure for Captain America will be Andrea Londo (The Free Fall, "Narcos") as a South American freedom fighter, Alain Moussi (Captain America, Jiu Jitsu) returning as Batroc, and Eduardo Noriega (In the Fire, The Last Stand) as the dictator of an island nation. Peter Berg is directing once again from a script by D.R. Cobb.

Escape: Annalise Basso (Footage from the Past, Blue Beetle: Legacy), Anja Savcic ("Loudermilk", "Big Sky"), Linda Hamilton (Terminator: Dark Fate, "Resident Evil"), Jim Parrack (F9, "9-1-1: Lone Star"), and Sharon Leal (Luke Cage: Power Man, Blindfire) have all joined the supporting cast of David Fincher's latest, the true story thriller, Escape. Based on the life of Carolyn Jessop, the script was penned by Lon Charles.

Sins of the Father: Zoey Deutch (Spider-Man: Requiem, Undefeated Abe), Tim Blake Nelson (Klondike, The Stranger), and Peter Sarsgaard (Fear of the Dark, Misfit) have joined Jack Reynor and Mel Gibson in the new Western film, Sins of the Father. Yann Demange is directing the film based on a script by Jimmy Ellis in his return to the western genre following the Devil's Western Trilogy.

The Vintner: Viggo Mortensen (Berserker, Batman: In the Shadows) is set to headline the suspense film The Vintner from director Pablo Larrain (Last Days of the American Cowboy, Spencer) and writer Dwight Gallo (Scarface, X-Men: Hellfire). Mortensen will play a vintner in rural Argentina who finds his world upended after meeting an American diplomat who will be played by Walton Goggins (The ComeBack, Blue Ridge).

Scarlet Witch: Sadie Sink (Starkweather, An Irish Rendezvous) is set to return as the Marvel Universe's Scarlet Witch in a new film. She be joined by returning cast member Hero Fiennes Tiffin (Ecstasy, Scarlet) as her brother Pietro / Quicksilver and Andrew Lincoln (Northrock, No Promises in the Wind) who was announced to be playing Doctor Strange at the latest Comic-Con. Leigh Janiak (Scarlet, Fear Street Trilogy) returns to direct once again from a script by Roy Horne (Hideaway, American Gigolo).

The Ballad of Dwight Frye: Barry Keoghan (Wolfenstein, The Terminal Spy) is set to star as horror movie icon Dwight Frye in a horror biopic of the struggling actor who appeared in such films as Frankenstein and Dracula.  Makenzie Leigh (Life on Mars, Salem's Lot) will join Keoghan as his wife who is concerned that he is becoming too emersed in his characters in horror films. Sam Mendes (Tinseltown, The House of Romanov) has been hired to direct the film which has been written by D.R. Cobb (Wonder Woman: Labyrinth, Captain America).
