In Development

Bunny Lake is Missing: Mark Pellington has added the talents of Melissa Leo (Prisoners, The Most Hated Woman in America) and Jeremy Davies ("Justified", It's Kind of a Funny Story) to his Natalie Portman-led thriller. Leo will play the less-than-helpful principal of Portman's missing daughter's school, while Davies will play Portman's creepy landlord.

Blue Beetle: It has previously been reported that the Last Resort Films' Blue Beetle film will feature two different versions of the character: the Jaime Reyes version and the Ted Kord version, but now those two roles have been cast. Young actor Aramis Knight ((Ender's Game, "Into the Badlands") has landed the role of Jaime Reyes. After considering several bigger names, the studio finally settled on Scoot McNairy ((Killing Them Softly, The Associate) to play Ted Kord. Robert Rodriguez has also finalized his deal to direct the film, which will begin shooting soon in Rodriguez's home state of Texas.

Blackwater: Kirsten Dunst (Flicker, The Beguiled), fresh off of filming her role in Flicker, will portray Leonardo DiCaprio's adulterous wife in a small, but pivotal role in Blackwater.

Lucky Luke and the Daltons: Last Resort Films has optioned Harry Wright's screenplay based on the Lucky Luke comic book series, a comedic Belgian western series. Taika Waititi (Hunt for the Wilderpeople, Thor: Ragnarok) has been hired to direct the film.

American Psycho the Musical:
The studio has decided to make its first musical, setting up a film version of the highly-acclaimed, but short-lived musical adaptation of American Psycho. They will reportedly bring in many talents who have worked on the play, including star Benjamin Walker (Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, White Jazz), who will reprise his much-lauded performance as Patrick Bateman.
