Siren: Josh Pence (La La Land, Draft Day), Emily Meade (Nerve, "The Deuce") and Michael Rapaport (Sully, Chuck) have all joined the cast of Siren led by Amanda Seyfriend and Miles Teller. Josh Pence will play Mile Teller's brother, Emily Meade will play Teller's fiance, and Michael Rapaport will play a sheriff.
The Question: Frequent Nicholas Winding Refn collaborator Ryan Gosling (The Fountainhead, Blade Runner 2049) has signed on to play the titular character in this film based on the DC Comics character. He will play Vic Sage aka The Question, investigative journalist and masked crime fighter.
The Child Martyr: Sam Rockwell (Libra, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri) has joined the cast of Mo Buck and Jean-Marc Vallee's latest collaboration. He will play Brie Larson's husband in this tragic tale based on a true story.
101: Last Resort Films has optioned the dark thriller 101 from Mo Buck's Writers Association and have lined up Denis Villeneuve (Blade Runner 2049, Arrival) to direct the project. They are currently looking to line up an A-list cast for the project.
Eclipse: Alexandre Aja has been hired to direct the film Eclipse for Last Resort Films. The story will follow a young couple on vacation in China who get caught up in a war between two different groups of vampires.
