The Question: Rounding out the cast of Nicolas Winding Refn's The Question will be Hong Chau (Inherent Vice, Downsizing) and Nicolas Winding Refn regular Mads Mikkelsen (Valhalla Rising, "Hannibal"). Chau will play Lady Shiva, an assassin-for-hire who encounters our hero, The Question (Ryan Gosling). Mikkelsen will play Richard Dragon, mentor and trainer to the lead hero.
The Child Martyr: Jacob Tremblay, Diane Kruger
The strong cast of The Child Martyr, the latest collaboration from writer Mo Buck and director Jean-Marc Vallee, continues to get stronger with the additions of Jacob Tremblay (Wonder, Room) and Diane Kruger ("The Bridge", Disorder). Tremblay will play Mackenzie Foy's younger brother, while Diane Kruger will play Sam Rockwell's first wife.
101: Forest Whitaker and Jennifer Jason Leigh have been cast as principal and a teacher, respectively, of a high school where much of the film's action takes place. They join the already cast Hugh Jackman, Jon Hamm and James McAvoy in this film from director Denis Villeneuve.
Eclipse: Michael Rooker (Guardians of the Galaxy, Hiroshima) has landed the role of an American vampire hunter in this action/horror film from writer Clive Steinbeck and director Alexandre Aja.
Mona Lisa: Mahershala Ali (Moonlight, Paradise Lost) has been cast as Penelope Cruz's former pimp who is prone to violence, while Last Resort Films favorite Eric Roberts (Libra, The Hunt) has been cast as a former associate of Mickey Rourke's who hires him to drive Cruz's character.
And Then There Were None: This highly-anticipated Agatha Christie adaptation has just hired three of England's finest actors in Jeremy Irons (High-Rise, Justice League), Ian McKellen (Mr. Holmes, Beauty and the Beast) and Emma Thompson (Effie Gray, Beauty and the Beast). Irons will play a retired judge, McKellen will play a retired war hero, while Thompson will play a spinster.
