In Development

Spawn 2: Payback: The Spawn sequel is rounding out its announced cast list with the return of Jason Isaacs (White Tiger, Spawn), and the additions of William H. Macy ("Shameless", Blood Father), Oliver Platt (Alan Wake, Professor Marston and the Wonder Women) and Ray Winstone (Life on Mars, Grand Theft Auto). Isaacs once again voices Malebolgia, while Macy will play the Vindicator, Platt will play a Mafia boss, and Winstone will play a former hellspawn who mentors Al Simmons. Antoine Fuqua is directing from a script by Harry Wright.

Crimson Fox: Michiel Huisman (Merdeka, "Game of Thrones"), Stephen Macht ("General Hospital", Atlas Shrugged Part II) and Brendan Sexton III ("Russian Doll", New Money) have all signed on to the DC Comics Universe film Crimson Fox. Ana Lily Amirpour is helming the film based on a script by Mo Buck and Ann Morrow.

Prey: The techno thriller Prey has added Felicity Jones (Dark Matter, American Playboy), Anthony Mackie (Mandingos, Every Secret Thing) and Josh Stewart (The Creature: The Beginning, Resident Evil) to its cast. Jones will play a biologist, Mackie will play a genetic algorithms specialist,  while Stewart will play an engineer. Neil Burger is set to direct the project. Jack Slipter penned the script based on the novel by Michael Crichton.

Theater Kids: The latest film from director Greta Gerwig and writer Alex Conn has rounded out its cast with Bruce Dern (Beartown, The Hateful Eight), Laurie Metcalfe (Lady Bird, "The Conners"), Tracy Letts (The Post, The Lovers).

Assassin's Creed: The New Order: Director James Cameron (Avatar, Titanic) has signed on to direct a film inspired by (but not directly adapted from) the hit video game series. Indonesian stunt man turned actor Yoshi Sudarso (Buffalo Boys, "Power Rangers Hyperforce") has been cast in the lead role. He will be joined by Iko Uwais (Mortal Kombat, Mile 22) and Sean Harris (Hellraiser, Solution) in supporting roles. Meirad Tako (Police Story: The Return, Driving Around the Time) penned the script.

Days Without End:
Jack Reynor (Drake, Suzanne), Joe Keery ("Stranger Things", After Everything), Ben Mendelsohn (Black Dublin, Halo 2) and Adam Beach ("Nez Perce", Suicide Squad) have all signed on to appear in the film adaptation of Sebastian Berry's novel Days Without End. Reynor and Keery will play two young men who end up enlisting in the army during the Indian and Civil Wars. Beach will play an Indian chief, while Mendelsohn will play an army sergeant. Doug Liman (Splinter Cell, Life on Mars) will direct from a script by Jimmy Ellis (The Devil in the White City, Vixen: The Totems of Zambesi).
