In Development

Numero Uno: Viola Davis (Cosa Nostra, "How to Get Away with Murder"), Naomi Scott (The 33, Power Rangers) and Benicio del Toro (Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Sicario: Day of the Soldado) have signed onto Numero Uno from director Shane Black and writer Jack Ryder. Davis will play the head of the spy agency, Scott will play an enemy of peace, while del Toro will play an international criminal.

Pressing Luck: Chad Taylor and Bennett Miller's game show drama Pressing Luck has rounded out its cast with the additions of Patrick Wilson (The Founder, The Commuter) and Michael Murphy (Indian Horse, White House Down). Wilson will play a contestant on Press Your Luck while Murphy will play a TV network executive.

Obsession: Michael Shannon's psychologist character now has his first set of patients in the form of Colin Firth (Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, Kingsman: The Golden Circle) and Nicole Kidman (The Killing of a Sacred Deer, "Big Little Lies") who will play a married couple dealing with issues of infidelity. David Lynch is directing the film from a script by Mo Buck.

Lost Planet: The latest video game film from Last Resort Films has added Dacre Montgomery (Akira, Power Rangers), Christopher Eccleston (Doppelganger, Legend) and Demian Bichir (Blue Beetle, Creature from the Black Lagoon) to its cast. Eccleston will play Aaron Taylor-Johnson's father, Montgomery will play a snow pirate who works with Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Mary Elizabeth Winstead, and Bichir will play the head of NEVEC, a corporation leading the colonization efforts on the planet of the film's setting.

Texas Rangers: John Malone is back with another original work, a western set to be directed by Scott Cooper (Delaware, Hostiles). John Malone regular Alden Ehrenreich (Death Dream, To the White Sea) will lead the cast as a young man who finds himself working with the Texas Rangers. Ehrenreich will be joined by Oscar Isaac (Grand Theft Auto, Alien: Isolation) and Jason Momoa (Braven, Justice League). Isaac will play King Fisher, a cattle thief and outlaw the Rangers are trying to stop. Momoa will play Isaac's intimidating right hand man.

Mortal Kombat: The much anticipated film reboot of the Mortal Kombat series is finally here. Gareth Evans (The Raid, The Raid 2) is set to direct from a script by APJ (Uncharted, Alan Wake) and Chad Taylor (Trip, Scion). The film's heroes will be played by Iko Uwais (Beyond Skyline, Headshot), Jet Li (League of Gods, The Expendables 3), Ronda Rousey (Furious 7, Mile 22) and Scott Adkins (American Assassin, Doctor Strange). Uwais will play Liu Kang, Li will play Lord Raiden, Rousey will play Sonya Blade, and Adkins will play Johnny Cage.
