Plot: The film begins as an enormous spaceship appears Predator with a robot that picks up alien eggs and sends them to a planet that looks like a desert.
It seems to pass some time and you see the inside of the spaceship with some Predators that are controlling a gigantic Xenomorph Queen while it lays many eggs of alien males (Every now and then you see the robot that destroys some of a slightly lighter color .). At that moment some Predators return to the ship with the head of some Aliens.
A huge transport ship,"The Lector" of Chigusa Corporation" is going through the stars. Captain Tom Strandberg (Joel Kinnaman) and co-pilot Scott Conover (Travis Fimmel) speak of the morality of the exploitation of other planets by human corporations, turns into a discussion of how boring and meaningless life is due to the technology and survival of the fittest.The crew also has a third member, Sarah Drew (Sasha Lane), a young mechanic on her first commercial trip, after her family died in a tragic accident.The girl gets all dirty with oil after fixing a machine and starts listening to the two most experienced men with a somewhat confused look. As the speech continues, the scene moves back to the Predator ship where we see a Yautja named Dachande preparing to fight the hunting rights with a big rival, Top-Knot and during the fight we see the captive queen Xenomorph who manages to deceive the robot by sliding a light colored egg into the hunt on the planned expedition.The scene passes on the planet Ryushi, a human outpost: Prosperity Wells. The population is 115 units, mainly independent farmers with their families.This planet seems quite dry but has some animal species that have adapted well to this life. The eggs arrive at Ryushi at sunset and are detected by long-range radars from the Prosperity Wells operations center, but are marked as meteors.
Meanwhile, we see the administrator Hiroki Shimura (Steven Yeun) who is instructing fellow director and substitute Machiko Noguchi (Gemma Chan) on how important it is for her to make friends with the settlers, enemies of Noguchi, particularly a slender farmer by name Ackland (Simon Pegg) who continually make fun of Machiko every time he sees her. Many colonists have no sympathy with Machiko because two peasants had died in an accident at work some time ago and many gave her the responsibility. Machiko's most trusted friends include the couple Kesar (Derek Luke) and Miriam Revna (Tessa Thompson) who are always trying to bring peace between Machiko and his detractors.At nightfall, "The Lector" it is approaching to arrives at Ryushi and Ackland's worker, Jame Roth (Kathryn Newton) a young blonde girl who always has her Dalmatian dog(The name of dog is Destiny.) with her, finds two Facehuggers dead in the Beriki canyon, where his Rhynth herd was (Strong pink rhino-like animals).The girl takes a stick and tries to touch them unleashing only a reflex movement of the dead creatures.
Ackland tells Jame to give the dead Facehuggers to Kesar Revna, biologist and doctor in the city.From the dialogue of the two we understand that the two have never seen anything like it.Meanwhile, as long as the two are talking, one of the Rynths is sick, vomits and looks sick.Subsequently Jame brings the Facehuggers to Kesar who begins to examine it together with his wife Miriam. A big party is held in the city for the arrival of "The Lector" and their first export expedition to Rhynth on Earth.Tom, Scott and Sarah are almost considered heroes by the settlers, especially by the children why Sarah is moved slightly. During the party Machiko gathers all the settlers with a great speech and at the end of it he earns many points with the breeders obtaining an increase in their payments, to the great positive surprise of Ackland. Meanwhile, Dr. Revna is investigating where Jame Roth told him he found the Facehuggers. While he is arriving at the exact location, Kesar sees a spaceship with people with strange coveralls walking around (a Yautja group). He hides behind a large boulder, takes the binoculars and tries to understand the situation but while leaning a little he is noticed by one of the Yautja. Kesar tries to escape on his kind of bike but all the monsters attack him. During the escape, Kesar strikes their leader Dachande who falls to the ground and another pair of Yautja with his vehicle and then crashes into the monster ship, causing a large explosion that kills Dachande. The young Predators, now without a guide, are on the loose and very angry. One of them goes near the explosion and finds the doctor's charred body and tears off his head raising it to the sky and screaming with the other Predators.Meanwhile, we see Machiko reading work papers with her legs on the table and we see Scott Conover seeing her walking through the corridors. The man bets some money with Tom who would have been able to go to bed with Machiko and enter in his office. He tries to get close even making dirty jokes. The woman initially seems to accept until Tom tries to kiss her. At this point in a karate move he flies Scott out of the room amidst the laughter of Tom who was sitting drinking coffee. The two men return to their ship together with Sarah who is waiting for them outside. Arriving at the spaceship while the two men joke about what happened, Sarah realizes that on the floor of the ship there is the presence of various pools of a strange liquid (the drool of the aliens). Meanwhile Scott goes to check the load of the Rynth animals to take to the earth because it was time to go feed them. Arrived in that area of the ship is faced with a massacre, they are all dead. The man recoils and screams calling Sarah and Tom until some xenomorphs emerge from the dark corners and tries to escape by clashing then with the other two characters to find themselves surrounded by monsters while Scott is caught in the darkness in his screams . Tom stands in front of Sarah to protect her and shoots a barrage of bullets at the aliens with his pistol.
Machiko is informed of Kesar's failure to return and Miriam is very worried and asks Machiko if he can go looking for him. Machiko and another settler, Jeff Crachton (Josh Stewart), one of the security chiefs, go to the place and find the Yautja's spaceship now reduced to a pile of rubble due to the fire. They also find the corpse of Lachande, the deceased Predator, leaving them astonished. The two believe he died until the monster seems to breathe almost inaudible breaths. The two, after a confrontation, take the seriously injured Yautja and load him into their car and take him to the base while we see all the other monsters that are watching them in their invisibility mode and begin to follow them. Then we see Sarah and Tom in their spaceship and are attached to the wall with eggs that are hatching in front of them.
Later the scene moves to the vehicle with Machiko and Crachton aboard speeding past a ranch to a ranch outside Prosperity Wells where a family is eating until their dog begins to bark madly running outside and being killed by a invisible Predator.The father of the family goes out with a gun and is immediately killed by a throat wound from the claws of one of the predators. Mum and son who were at the door watching look escape inside and the mother orders her son to hide. The mother faces the Predator and picks up a rifle and shoots but the Predator manages to avoid the bullet. While the woman is reloading the old rifle, the Predator approaches and is mutilated and horribly killed. The boy, Nathan (Gabriel Bateman), after witnessing the death of his mother in front of him, manages to hide inside a closet and looks out of the peephole into the Predator that has come out of the invisible mode to walk around the living room. Nathan frightened makes a noise and attracts the attention of the monster but miraculously manages to escape out into the garden and with a small vehicle and heads towards the village. A Predator fires bombs, injuring the boy who manages to keep control of the vehicle and flee towards the town. Meanwhile there is a meeting in the base where the most important people participate (Machiko, Ackland, Hiroki, Miriam ...) where they discuss the issues concerning the disappearance of Kesar, the death of some Rhynth, the newly discovered Predator. Unfortunately, every person present at the meeting has personal interests, so this meeting is just another excuse to fight out loud. In the other room we see Crachton with another couple of people trying to heal the monster. Suddenly, screams and a crash can be heard outside. It is the vehicle driven by Nathan, who wounded with blood everywhere and under shock continues to scream the word "Monsters, monsters". Miriam and Hiroki pick him up and take him to the infirmary where the boy sees the wounded Predator and begins to scream in terror trying to tell the events that happened.Machiko orders everyone to begin to look for weapons and ways to defend themselves by trying to create barricades but time seems little.Machiko tries to contact "The Lector" to inform them about the latest developments but nobody answers. Machiko and another couple of people enter "The Lector" to inform the crew of what is happening but as soon as they enter black hands they fall from the ceiling taking everyone except Machiko who with a somersault manages to escape from the aliens succeeding in coming out pursued by some of them. As soon as she leaves, she turns and shoots with her gun, killing two. An alien, however, manages to jump on him but at that moment something makes explode the alien's head.Unfortunately some drops of blood of acid blood go on the shoulder making her scream with pain. The woman turns around and sees a predator. At this point the predator jumps among the other aliens next to the woman and kills them all after a bloody fight. The predator turns to the woman until another alien steals him from behind with his tail and then other aliens encircle him and kill him while Machiko runs away. Inside "The Lector", Sarah manages to free herself and also free Tom and they start walking despite feeling a slight sense of nausea. In front of them there are hatched eggs and others still closed and a little further on, the young alien queen who sleeps. Machiko manages to take refuge in a control center where he tries to warn those who can of what is about to happen and meanwhile he sees in the security cameras that in the town war has broken out between alien, predator and humans. Hiroki, as long as he is rescuing children, is hit by the shrapnel of a bomb thrown by a predator.We see At this point we see Jame running with his trusty Dalmatian dog Destiny to find shelter. At some point, an Alien jumps over it, making it fall to the ground. While the alien is about to strike her with his mouth the dog pounces against the monster fighting with great strength and stubbornness to save his mistress. The dog can also tear an alien's arm. At the end of the fight until he is on the ground the dog looks at Jame for the last time (almost to greet her) and pounces with the last forces on the alien's face and they both die. Jame runs away crying and takes refuge in the control center, crying in a corner. Later succeeds in escaping to the control center where in addition to Machiko there are Ackland, Miriam and Crachton as well as other surviving settlers.After a moment of despondency Machiko takes all the weapons she can and dresses in a protective suit.As long as she's leaving, Ackland starts to get angry with her saying she's just an irresponsible and Machiko punches her in the face in response. Machiko has a plan and exits the operations center. She advises Dr. Miriam Revna, Kesar's wife, to stay inside and asks her questions about the relationship between aliens and predators.After greeting her friend, the doctor realizes that the Dachande has his eyes open and is observing her. Miriam is scared and the Predator begins to talk and repeat all that the two women had said earlier. At that moment another Predator bursts into the medical center. The woman picks up the gun and when she is about to be killed with her claws, Dachande saves her by killing the other Predator. At that moment Machiko arrives again, who has come back after seeing that something had entered the doctor's office.
Machiko and Miriam take the helicopter to start his plan: release the entire blocked tail to create a mad mass escape, which is the signal for the settlers to evacuate the city on the other side. Machiko tries to save Dachande from the communication antenna pursued by some xenomorphs. Meanwhile, another Xenomorfo crashes the helicopter, killing Miriam in the process. While Scott and Sarah, who are now free from the hive, help Machiko, Dachande keeps Miriam's body.
Now trapped inside the operating complex, Machiko, Tom, Sarah and Dachande learn that the Chigusa Corporation wants the aliens to be studied and Tom says he doesn't feel very well. Suddenly he falls to the ground and a Chestbuster comes out of his chest. Machiko manages to kill him right away. Sarah realizes she's also infected and gives them the code to crash Prosperity Wells' orbital shuttle. Shortly thereafter,Machiko also grants Sarah the same fate as Tom but Dachande kills her before she suffers too much.Meanwhile, the few survivors are escaping from underground tunnels.
Machiko and Dachande enter The Lector and while Dachande keeps the aliens at bay, Machiko inserts the code and they both run to the escape pod. The queen attacks them and Dachande is mortally wounded, but Machiko closes the pod door, beheading the queen and they both run away while the shuttle crashes and destroys the Prosperity Wells.
With his last strength, Dachande marks Machiko with the symbol of his clan. Some surviving settlers are saved and transferred to another system. Machiko remains in Ryushi, awaiting the Dachande clan. Two years later, the predators return and are surprised by Machiko. Top-Knot, rival of Dachande, recognizes the marking and greets Machiko in the hunt.
