In Development

Lock Every Door: Molly Parker (The Wonder, A Lost Sense of Heaven), Cherie Corinne Rice ("Nightcap"), Mary Steenburgen (Survivor, Happiest Season) and Sanaa Lathan (American Assassin, Native Son) have all joined the Dakota Johnson-led Lock Every Door. The film is directed by Debra Granik and penned by new writer Rene Menzie, adapting the novel by Riley Sager.

Mask of the Phantom: Another familiar face will return for this sequel as Naomi Scott (The Phantom of the Opera, Numero Uno) has signed on to reprise her role as Meg. Also joining the film will be Ella Purnell (The Reign of Lady Morgana, Resident Evil) and Lin-Manuel Miranda ("His Dark Materials", Mary Poppins Returns). Tim Burton is once again directing from a script by Jacob Jones, based on the musical production Love Never Dies.

Lowell: Noah Jupe (The Sandman, Honey Boy), Titus Welliver ("Bosch", Live by Night), Lauren Cohan ("The Walking Dead", Mile 22), Jessie Buckley (X-Men, "Fargo") and Michael Pitt (Femme Fatale, Batman: Gotham Knight) have rounded out the cast of Ben Affleck's latest directorial effort. Jupe will play Affleck's son, Welliver will play a bank manager, Cohan will play the wife of Matt Damon's character, Buckley will play Aidan Turner's love interest, and Pitt will play Damon's police partner. Jimmy Ellis and John Malone wrote the original screenplay.

Recursion: The cast of the upcoming sci-fi thriller Recursion has added Raffey Cassidy (The Tournament, Vox Lux), Emily Hampshire ("Schitt's Creek", Mother!) and Steven Yeun (The Kiss Quotient, Alien vs. Predator: The First Hunt). Cassidy will play the daughter of Chris Pratt's character. Hampshire will play a police officer who works with Pratt, while Yeun will play a mysterious middle man. Duncan Jones is directing the film from an adaptation by Wesley Campbell.

Bad Dreams Come True: Elisabeth Moss (Visions, Plastic Man), Bryan Cranston (Batman: Arkham, Uncharted 3) and Stephen Amell (The Firefighter, Death in the Shadows) are set to headline a new thriller from director Cate Shortland (Burial Rites, Crush) and writer Billy Cruder (He Kills, Final Girls). Moss will play the daughter of a prominent local politician (Cranston) who suspects her husband (Amell) is cheating on her.

Attraction/Deception: Taron Egerton (Batman: Arkham, Scion 3) and Sandra Bullock (Displacement, The Hazel Wood) have been set to star in Attraction/Deception. Egerton will play a student who develops an unhealthy attraction to his professor, played by Bullock. James Marsh (The Theory of Everything, The Mercy) has been tapped to direct the film, which is based on a script by Meirad Tako (The Smoke in the Red Country, 1965).
