In Development

 
Nomad: Garrett Morris (Grand-Daddy Day Care, "2 Broke Girls"), Chris Klein ("Sweet Magnolias", The Competition) and Udo Kier (Iron Sky: The Coming Race, Brawl in Cell Block 99) are set to round out the supporting cast of the Casey Affleck-led Marvel Universe production, Nomad. Morris will play a homeless man, Klein an abusive husband to Haley Bennett's character, and Kier as a government scientist. Ed Zwick directs the film from a script by Dwight Gallo and Jimmy Ellis.

The Last of the Mohicans: Dylan Sprayberry (Maledicta, Ghost Stories), Lara Pulver ("The Split", Underworld: Blood Wars), Matthew Macfadyen (The House of Romanov, "Succession"), Tanaya Beatty (The Only Good Indians, Murder at Yellowstone City) and Guillaume Canet (Sink or Swim, The Program) will complete the extensive supporting cast of the latest adaptation of The Last of the Mohicans. Craig Gillespie helms the historical drama from a script by Andrew Doster.

Batgirl: Toby Wallace (Black Hole, "Pistol") was just announced at the Season 25 Comic-Con as the villain of Batgirl. Now we have a bit more information: he will be playing a violent and unbalanced character connected to the past of the Gordon family. Also joining the film will be Chris Bauer (The Little Things, "Heels") and Alicia Witt (Batman: Caped Crusader, Blood on the Moon). Witt will reprise her role as the ex-wife of Jim Gordon (Bryan Cranston) and the mother of Barbara Gordon (Madelaine Petsch), while Bauer will play a former Gotham City Police partner to Jim Gordon. Reed Morano is directing the DC Comics Universe film based on a script by APJ.

Collapse: Merritt Wever (Blind Faith, The Little Girl Who Was Too Fond of Matches), Justin Theroux (Lady Red, Perfect Blue) and Carrie Coon (Green Lantern Corps, To the Moon) have joined Ryan Gosling in Collapse. The film hails from director Derek Cianfrance and writer Mo Buck. Wever will play Gosling's wife, Theroux will play his friend, while Coon will play a friend of Wever's character.

The Young Heiress: Emma Watson (Northrock, Ghost Stories), Kristen Bell (Numero Uno, The Dead Zone), Selena Gomez (Zoe Maye, Story of Sade) and Ella Purnell (Mexican Gothic, Mask of the Phantom) have signed on to join the voice cast of the animated musical, The Young Heiress. Glen Keane is directing the film based on a script by Jacob Jones.

Skin: Writer Ben Collins (Dandelion, Jurassic Park: Another Adventure) will look to improve his box office record after a couple of bombs last season with a new horror project, Skin. Katherine Langford (American Idiot, The Betrothed) is set to star as a young woman set to have a dinner party with her friends, who seem to acting different than usual. Evan Peters (Blue Heat, The Associate) has also signed on to the project as one of Langford's strange-acting friends. Ben Wheatley (Berserker, Visions) is set to direct the film.
