Survive the Night: Anya Chalotra ("The Witcher", "The ABC Murders") and Rosario Dawson (Boys of the Bayou, "DMZ") will round out the cast of M. Night Shyamalan's latest film, Survive the Night. Chalotra will play a school-mate of the main character, while Dawson will play a waitress at a late-night diner that becomes a pivotal setting of the film. Eden Townsend penned the film, an adaptation of the novel by Riley Sager.

Man Made Machine: Gary Oldman (Cascade, Paradiso), Holly Hunter (The King of Hearts, Hands on a Hard Body) and Dave Bautista (Tekken: Blood Feud, The Fall Guy: Trouble in Tahiti) have all joined Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Margot Robbie in James Cameron's Man Made Machine. Oldman will play a Belgian dignitary, Hunter will play a CIA head, and Bautista will play Abdul-Mateen II's mentor. The film is based on an original script by Jimmy Ellis and Chad Taylor.

Malik: After a few supporting appearances, Julia Roberts (Wonder Woman, My Musical Adventure in Another World as an Old Man!) is finally set for her first LRF leading role in Malik. She will play a wealthy woman who gets involved in a legal battle when her adopted son is accused of assaulting a young woman. Ashton Sanders (The Nickel Boys, Ghost Town) will play her adopted son, Malik. David Fincher (Shouts from the Well, Heights) is set to direct the film from a script by Alex Conn (The Giver, The Case Against 8).

Krueger: Years after losing out on the role of the Joker in LRF's Batman series, Rhys Wakefield (You Get Me, "Reprisal") is finally set to make his debut. He will play horror icon Freddy Krueger in a film that is set before he becomes a supernatural dream killer. Mia Wasikowska (The Betrothed, Germinal) will play his wife. Ari Aster (Blind Faith, The Cape) is set to direct the film from a script by Joshua Collins (Undefeated Abe, Knight Rider).

The Hammer of Thor: Channing Tatum (The Lost City, Flash Gordon) was announced as LRF's Thor at the Season 25 Comic-Con already, but now we know some of the talents who will be joining him as well as some plot details. Mark Hamill (Skyrim III: Dovakhiin, "Knightfall"), Sam Riley (Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, Radioactive) and Danila Kozlovsky (Vampire Academy, "Vikings") will be joining Tatum in the film. Riley and Kozlovsky will play Thor's brothers, Loki and Balder, respectively. Meanwhile, Hamill will play their father Odin, who banishes a powerless Thor to Midgard - in the year 802 AD - where he is captured by a Viking settlement. Roar Uthaug (Troll, Tomb Raider) has been hired to direct the Marvel Universe film based on a script by Roy Horne (Carpenter, Red Sonja: Blood + Bone).

The Driftwood Populace: Wes Anderson (Amelie, The French Dispatch) is set to direct The Driftwood Populace, his first LRF work since the faiulre of Amelie in Season 3. Saoirse Ronan (Queen Margot, Atlantis) will lead the cast as a young woman who is hired as a personal nurse for an older woman set to be played by Helen Mirren (Less, Uncharted 3) in a peculiar small coastal town. Also joining the ensemble cast will be Frances McDormand (Supergirl, Superman: The Last Son of Krypton), Jodie Foster (The Punisher, Maximum Ride: School's Out Forever) and Tilda Swinton (Blackbird, Amelie). McDormand will play a fellow nurse, while Foster and Swinton will play the daughters of Mirren's character. The film was written by Jimmy Ellis (Blue Beetle: Legacy, Daredevil) with John Malone (Judas Iscariot, Black Hole) helping in a producer capacity.
