Reaction: Flick is a rare LRF project that cost less than $10 million, which helped the film lose less than $1 million at the box office. While the film technically lost money, with a loss that small we basically view it as having broken even.

While the film's enjoyable, it misses opportunities to fully develop its characters and some plot points. For example, Flick's failing aspiration to be a writer, Abby's search for direction, and Oscar's limited screen time.
