In Development

The Boy in the Suitcase: Gustaf Skarsgard (Resident Evil 3, Splinter Cell: Blacklist) and Imelda Staunton (Amulet, "The Crown") will fill out the ensemble cast of the Danish mystery/thriller film, The Boy in the Suitcase. Vanessa Kirby headlines the project about the mystery surrounding a young boy found in a suitcase left at a train station. Skarsgard will play the head of the local police missing persons department, while Staunton will play a potential witness to a crime. Jennifer Kent directs from a script by Rosie JoLove and Rene Menzie. The film is based on the hit novel by Lene Kaaberbol and Agnete Friis.

Extra Ordinary: Alexandra Daddario (Wonder Woman, Urban Cowboy) and J.K. Simmons (Winter's Displeasure, The Price of Fame) will round out the cast of the fantasy/comedy Extra Ordinary, from director Adam McKay and writer Jimmy Ellis. Daddario will play another member of the support group the film centers on. Simmons' role has not yet been revealed to the press.

Hair: The new production of the famed musical, hailing from director Michel Gondry and writer Lon Charles, has added Kerris Dorsey (Ray Donovan, Totem), Okieriete Onaodowan ("Station 19", A Quiet Place Part II) and Dylan Playfair ("Letterkenny", "The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers") to its cast. They will play members of "the tribe", the group of hippies at the heart of the story.

Caesar Part II: Three more familiar faces are set to return for the second part of the Caesar story: Uma Thurman (Caesar, Skyrim III: Dovakhiin), Daisy Edgar-Jones (Caesar, Fresh) and  Douglas Booth (Caesar, Excalibur) will all be back as Caesar's mistress Servilia, Caesar's wife Calpurnia, and Caesar's right-hand man Mark Antony, respectively. Christopher Nolan is once again directing the film, which is written by the team of John Malone and Chad Taylor.

Fantastic Four: Doom: Orlando Bloom (Kansas City, Urban Cowboy) is back as Victor Von Doom, who was the team's benefactor in the first film until he left to go to the Negative Zone on his own. As reported at the Comic-Con, Sarah Snook (Harrelson, Village of Madness) is a member of the cast of this one as Alicia Masters, a blind woman who is a potential love interest for Ben Grimm (Jason Segel). Aksel Hennie (The Cloverfield Paradox, The Fantastic Four) will also reportedly return for this sequel as Annihilus, an alien from the Negative Zone. Gareth Edwards directs from a script by Mark Newton.

The Life After:
Robert Eggers (Siren, The Creature) is set to direct his first film for LRF since Season 8. He will helm a sci-fi horror project set to star Denzel Washington (Boys of the Bayou, Bastion) and Alicia Vikander (Justice League Europe, Mass Effect 3 - Part 2). The film will depict how a small group of people react to a UFO invasion. Meirad Tako (The Emperor of Latium, If We Know the Right Way). Guillermo del Toro (Mexican Gothic, Kazaria) is lending his talents as a producer on the film.
