"ZERO HOUR boasts an engaging premise, but unfortunately, it fails to live up to its full potential, leaving a lot to be desired. Despite strong performances by Pike, Reynor and Mulligan who carry the film forward skillfully, Elba's acting falls a bit short. Although the direction is impressive, the ending may seem overly simplistic and lacking in creativity." - Tiffany Osmose, Associated Press
"Zero Hour is an interesting hodgepodge of sci-fi and thriller ideas that doesn't always work, but it does work more often than not. While the premise is a bit complicated, it is entertaining and creates some fun moments - especially between the two leads played by Rosamund Pike and Jack Reynor. Normally, the instinct is to make the two leads in a film like this fall in love, but the script here does something far more unique and interesting with their dynamic." - Gregory Fletcher, Los Angeles Times-Journal
"The logic of Zero Hour is confusing and convoluted at best. Reynor and Pike were strong in the lead roles, but I could never get over the confusing nature of the entire premise of the plot, and even Carey Mulligan's appearance as the one responsible to explain the backstory couldn't help things for me." - Chrissy Lane, Manhattan Mercury
Rated PG-13 for violence, language and thematic material
