Box Office Facts:
Whammy
Writer Jacob Jones has been unable to match the box office success of Oh Deer with his two most recent animated efforts: Greenwater Amusements and now Whammy, which have combined to lose $58 million for the studio (nearly cancelling out the $59 million profit made by Oh Deer).
Pulp
Pulp is the first profitable LRF project for director Guy Ritchie. His two previous films (The Job and Cleopatra) combined to lose over $98 million for the studio.
1965
1965 is the second lowest grossing film in the history of Last Resort Films. Only The William Hung Story grossed less at the box office. Thankfully the film was also the 5th least expensive film the film has ever produced.
