Vance (Project Power, Uncorked) as Cooke's father, Kedar Williams-Stirling (Changeland, "Sex Education") as singer Lou Rawls, and Tramell Tillman ("Severance", "Godfather of Harlem") as producer Bumps Blackwell. Gina Prince-Bythewood directs from a script by Chad Taylor.

Vikander will play a champion boxer who is set to face off against a promising amateur played by Ortega, both coming back to the fight game after different life circumstances.

Wonder Woman: Labyrinth: Alexandra Daddario (Extra Ordinary, Wonder Woman) is back as Wonder Woman in the sequel to the Season 21 hit film. Joining her in Labyrinth will once again be Josh Hartnett (Broadway, The Deadliest Night in Show Business) as her love interest Steve Trevor, Julia Roberts (Malik, Wonder Woman) as her mother Queen Hippolyta and taking over as the main villain following his cameo appearance in the first film, Antonio Banderas (Monaco, Less) as Ares the God of War. Kathryn Bigelow (Wonder Woan, October Crisis) is back to direct the DC Comics Universe adaptation, once again from a script by D.R. Cobb (Wonder Woman, Captain America).

Camping: Ti West (X, Pearl) is set to direct the horror film Camping. Tye Sheridan (Black Hole, Queen Mary), Lili Reinhart (Hair, Constantine: The Hellblazer) and Peyton List (Zoe's Vegas, Tekken: Blood Feud) are set to star in the project as a group of young people who go on a camping trip that quickly goes wrong. The film was written by Billy Cruder (The Liberation of Evil, Letters).

Flick: Taylor Russell (Should've Been Here, Bones and All) has been cast in the title role in Flick, a romantic drama from director Megan Park (The Fallout) and writer Sammy-Jo Ellis (Among Us, Troll Mountain). Madelyn Cline (Friday the 13th, Glass Onion) and Justice Smith (Kite, Nobody) are set to join Russell as her love interest and best friend, respectively.

Namor the Sub-Mariner: Imperius Rex:  Another high-profile superhero sequel is on the way in the latter parts of Season 27 with Alden Ehrenreich (Urban Cowboy, Namor the Sub-Mariner) returning as the Marvel Universe's Namor the Sub-Mariner, the half-human king of Atlantis. Tom Hanks (Revival, The King of Hearts) will also be back, with the studio apparently meeting his demands (check out this season's Gossip Rag for more information on that). Peter Weller (Rodeo, Namor the Sub-Mariner) is another returnee, back as Admiral Porter. JC Chandor (Namor the Sub-Mariner, Bad Education) is once again directing from a script by John Malone (Carte Blanche, Judas Iscariot).
