Plot: Charles Hermann (Christoph Waltz) is safe, for now. He's in his personal car, trying to get as far as possible from the gang of fighters who escaped. He saw the fury in The Bride's (Uma Thurman) eyes. He knows that it's not going to end well if he confronts her, or the rest of the gang directly. He did a bit of fighting at a much younger days, but he sure can't hold on against four skilled opponents, attacking him all at the same time. He retreats in his remote manor, hoping she won't find him there. He gets inside, locks the door and locks himself in his office.
The Bride retrieves the katana she threw on Hermann's picture, just after her fight against the others. She apologizes again. Alice (Zoe Saldana) is still mourning her husband. Leonard (Christian Bale) looks inside Hermann's computer and find the address of his manor. He then suggests they go out by the same door Hermann used. Johnson (Samuel L. Jackson) is carrying Dustin's corpse. They find a minivan and they all get inside. They drive to Alice's house, where Johnson drops the corpse in the freezer, they're going to bury him later, when all of this is over. They all sit in the living room. The Bride, who hasn't spoken a word yet.
Albert Bolton (John Turturro) comes out of a house with blood all over his shirt and jeans. He takes a couple of men with him and they go back inside. There's a framed picture of the Bride with blood on it. Bolton gets in a room and carries out the mutilated body of man, identified as her husband. Another man comes out of the house with the body of a kid, identified as her kid. He calls Hermann and tells him it's done. Hermann smiles with satisfaction.
The Bride tells them that he probably killed her family by now. She tells them that she absolutely want to avenge their death. Alice follows up by saying that she wants to avenge her husband. Leonard then says that he's had a problem with a man named Albert Bolton in the past. He did exactly what he just did the two women. He killed his family and captured him. He sold him to Hermann a short time after that. Johnson, who's been listening the whole time, then tells his story, in a monologue filled with profanity.
Johnson was captured by Jack T. Sunsmith, they were already aware of that. What they don't know, is that he actually was able to send them away twice, before Hermann's men were able to capture him. The reason why he checked in the retirement home where Sunsmith finally got him is because another one of Hermann's henchman, Henry Wilson (Ron Perlman) came to his home one night, alone. He chocked Johnson's wife in her sleep and when Johnson came out of the bathroom, he realised what was happening and Wilson was able to ran away, too scared to fight a man swinging a spiked baseball bat in his pajamas. After Johnson is done telling his story, they all realize that Hermann killed their family and they swear to avenge their deaths by killing Hermann and his friends.
Charles Hermann is discussing with Wilson and Bolton in his office. He tells them that he purposely left the huge manor's address on his office, so he knew they would be coming for him. He tells them to prepare themselves, as there's no way Leonard, the Bride, Johnson, or Alice gets out of there alive.
Leonard, his swords in one hand, Johnson, with his beloved spiked baseball bat, The Bride, with her two katanas and Alice, her spear in hand are all hidden in bushes in front of Hermann's manor. Johnson gets up and signals their arrival. He destroys a man with his bat. The others come out and they start to fight against Hermann's guards. There's literally hundreds of them. Their strategy is to separate the fighters and it works well. In the end, everyone is alive, but they're all in front of a different entrance. Leonard goes in first, by the front door. The Bride opens the back door and Johnson and Alice enter in separate side entrances. The manor is designed like a maze. Hermann's looking at his monitors looking at each and everyone of them with his cameras installed all over his home.
Leonard enters in the dark, poorly lit lobby. He gets attacked by a couple of men, but he's able to send them off rather easily. After he kills the last one, Hermann talks to him via a camera. He tells him that he's not going to make it out of here alive. He does the same thing to the Bride, Alice and Johnson. Alice is struggling to defeat multiple enemies who guarded the door she went through. She finally takes the down and proceeds to walk around the manor, trying to find one of her friends. After a tense minute of walking around, not knowing if she's going to get attacked or not, she stumbles across Johnson, who has a really hard time to defeat an opponent. She comes from behind and stabs in the heart. Johnson thanks her and they leave the scene together.
On her end, the Bride is having a conversation with Hermann. She tells her that she's going to kill him, but she's going to torture her first. He guides her through the manor, telling her that he will lead her to him. He thinks she's stupid to follow his instructions, but the Bride has a plan in mind. She knows she's going to be able to kill whoever he sends her way and the feeling that Hermann will be disappointed feels her with an uncontrollable joy. Instead, Hermann leads her to Leonard, who got lost in the manor. When they meet, Hermann cuts all communication, so now both of them are lost in the vast property.
Hermann guides Albert Bolton, while tracking Leonard and the Bride. His plan is to make him follow them in silent, so he's going to be able to kill them easily. Leonard and the Bride hear two guards talking, indicating them that they're in the right direction. They find two heavily armored guards (Mo Buck, Quentin Tarantino) casually having a chat. Leonard breaks the neck of the first, while she takes the head of the other. This is where Bolton strikes. He comes in from behind and knocks the Bride unconscious.
Alice and Johnson were finally able to find the stairs that will lead them to the second floor. This is where they find Henry Wilson in a room, alone. Johnson, all fired up, runs in his direction. Once he's in the room, the door closes. He starts to fight against Wilson. On her end, while Alice was trying to kick the door down, she gets attacked by some more men. Leonard starts to fight against Bolton. They fight simultaneously and the sequence ends when Johnson swings his bat directly on Wilson's skull, cracking his head open and Leonard getting his sword through Bolton's heart. The door opens and Alice meets with Johnson. Leonard is able to wake up the Bride. He tells her that he just killed Bolton and she agrees with him that they need go find Hermann.
Alice and Johnson find the stairs and are now on the third floor, which, unlike the other floors, is an open area, with a single door. Hermann opens it and signals them that they indeed find him. He closes the door and dozens of men arrive on the third floor, from the other sets of stairs. The Bride and Leonard arrive on the third floor, just as they kill the last guard. Johnson breaks the door open and he's met by Hermann, who shots him in the chest with a crossbow. The others seize Hermann quickly, preventing him from reloading. Johnson bathes in a pool of blood. Alice starts beating Hermann down. Leonard is helping Johnson. The Bride takes her sword and cuts one of Hermann's hands as he screams in pain. Alice looks at him in the eyes and cuts the other. The Bride takes her katana and pierces his eyes, before slicing his neck. They leave him dead. They exit the manor, blood soaked.
The four of them are present at the common funeral of the Bride's family and Dustin. Leonard is leaving with Johnson and he says to the Bride : maybe we'll see each other again ....
