With Season 5 quickly coming to an end, word out of Last Resort Films is that studio head Phil Dolan has been scrambling to finalize the release schedule for Season 6. Several films have reportedly been shuffled around the release schedule, with most notably Swim Through the Darkness (an upcoming drama written by The Beatles writer Chad Taylor), Uncharted (an adaptation of the hit video game written by APJ) and Bad Education (a drama from The Life of the Party writer Lon Charles) all moving up into Season 6 from their previous later release slots. Some of the studio's moves are because of unforeseen talent scheduling issues - most notably the demand for the duties of director Bennett Miller (Foxcatcher, Moneyball). Season 6 will now also see the debut of new writer Roy Horne, which was originally not set to appear until Season 7.
