Hellraiser: Lily Rabe (Miss Stevens, "American Horror Story"), Lambert Wilson (The Confessions, The Odyssey) and Angourie Wilson (Welcome to Paradise, the upcoming Sinkhole) have joined the upcoming Hellraiser remake/reboot from director Pascal Laugier and writer John Malone. Rabe will play the demon Angelique, Wilson will play a French libertine who commissions the creation of the Lament Configuration, and Wilson will play a deaf girl with a knack for puzzles.
Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory: Amaury Nolasco (Criminal, In the Blood), Tadanobu Asano (The Outsider, Silence) and Damian Lewis ("Billions", Van Helsing) are set to join the latest Tom Cruise-led Splinter Cell film. Lewis will play Sam Fisher's new field runner, Asano will play a Japanese admiral, and Nolasco will play a Peruvian revolutionary. Jaume Collet-Serra directs the film from a D.R. Cobb script.
Cosa Nostra: The additions of Sam Rockwell (Steins Gate, Delaware), Marisa Tomei (Spider-Man: Homecoming, A View from the Bridge), Viola Davis (Fences, "How to Get Away with Murder") and Benjamin Walker (White Jazz, American Psycho the Musical) will add to the already star-studded cast of Denis Villeneuve's The Raven in the Night prequel, Cosa Nostra. Rockwell will play an ambitious gun dealer, Tomei will play De Niro's wife, Davis will play a mob boss, and Walker will play a hitman. James Morgan wrote the script.
Drake: For his latest film, Christopher Nolan (Dunkirk, The Prisoner) has decided to go back to his roots to make a small, lower budgeted thriller. Christian Bale (Death and All His Friends, Delaware) will star as a detective investigating a serial killer in a small Irish city. Newcomer Meirad Tako wrote the script.
Shōgun: Brad Pitt (White Jazz, War Machine) is set to produce and star in an adaptation of James Cavell's best seller Shōgun. Pitt will play a man whose ship crashes on the shores of feudal Japan in the early 17th century. Darren Aronofsky (mother!, Black Swan) will direct the film from a script by Dwight Gallo (True West, American Playboy). Shōgun will be the first film of Season 6.
Triangle: Jennifer Lawrence (Red Sparrow, mother!) has been cast in her first film for the studio, a thriller about a rich couple and a crew member stranded on a tropical island after their yacht capsizes during a storm through the Bermuda Triangle. Edward Norton (Nation's Pride, Collateral Beauty) and Diego Luna (Flatliners, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story) will join Lawrence in the film as her husband and the crew member, respectively. Clive Steinbeck (Nocturne, Carbon) wrote the script, which will be directed by Daniel Espinosa (Six Billion Dollar Man, Life).
