Constantine: The Hellblazer: The cast of the upcoming Constantine: The Hellblazer continues to grow with the additions of Charlie Day ("It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia", Lucky Luke and Billy the Kid), Lili Reinhart (Maximum Max, Resident Evil 2) and August Diehl (Allied, A Hidden Life). Day will play Constantine's sidekick Ritchie, Reinhart will play a young succubus sent to Earth from Hell for the first time, while Diehl will play a powerful demon. Tarsem Singh directs from a script by D.R. Cobb.

The Fantastic Four: In a major Marvel Universe announcement John Krasinski (Mr. Big, Pressing Luck) and Sarah Gadon (Halo 6, Walker) have signed on to star in the studio's upcoming Fantastic Four film. Krasinski will play Reed Richards / Mr. Fantastic, while Gadon will play Sue Storm / The Invisible Woman. The film will depict the team getting their powers and finding themselves trapped in an alternate dimension. Gareth Edwards (Rogue One, Halo 5) has signed on to direct the film, which is the reason he recently left the Halo series. Mark Newton (Silver Surfer: The Power Cosmic, Hunter) penned the script.

Bunker 17: One of the first films of Season 16 will be the futuristic whodunnit, Bunker 17, which will be set in the community of an underground fallout bunker. Walton Goggins (Hunter, "Have Gun - Will Travel") will play the head of security who finds himself investigating the first ever murder in the bunker. Christoph Waltz (Justice League Europe, Kingmaker Chronicles) has been cast as the bunker's leader, while Michael Pena (The Tower, Numero Uno) will play the bunker's maintenance chief who becomes one of the primary suspects. Francis Lawrence (Synthetic, Red Sparrow) has been hired to direct the film which was written by Jimmy Ellis (Bastion, The Second Life of John Wilkes Booth) and John Malone (Crimson, "L.A. Noire"). This marks the third writing collaboration between Ellis and Malone, following Elysian and Control. Elysian won the Golden Reel Awards for Best Picture and Best Original Story in Season 13, while Control won Best Original Story and was nominated for Best Picture.

Morrissey and Marr: Alex Conn (Kurt & Courtney: All Apologies, Drugstore Perfume) has penned a film about the collaboration between singer/songwriter Morrissey and guitarist Johnny Marr. Daniel Radcliffe (The Beatles, "Miracle Workers") has been cast as Morrissey and Jack O'Connell (Asylum, Resident Evil) has been cast as Johnny Marr. Danny Boyle (Yesterday, Steve Jobs) has signed on to direct the film.

The Birds: Writer APJ (Hawkworld, Uncharted 3) will take a break from superheroes and video games to tackle the long in development remake of Alfred Hitchcock's 1963 film, The Birds. Margot Robbie (Crimson, Calamity) and Luke Evans (The Creature: The Beginning, The Phantom of the Opera) have signed on to star in the film about a couple who go away on what they believe to be a romantic weekend getaway, only to find the region besieged by violently aggressive birds. Mike Flanagan (Doctor Sleep, Gerald's Game) has been set to the direct the project.

Greenwater Amusements: Following the success of Oh Deer in Season 14, director Genndy Tartakovsky (Oh Deer, Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation) and writer Jacob Jones (The Phantom of the Opera, Sunny Days) have agreed to re-team for another animated film for LRF. The film, which is in the vein of Toy Story, follows the exploits of the rides of an amusement park who come to life when the park closes. Thomas Middleditch ("Silicon Valley", Splinter Cell: Blacklist), Zac Efron (Zoe Maye, Baywatch), Harrison Ford (Metal Gear Solid, The Call of the Wild) and John Cena (Zoe Maye, But What Am I?) have all agreed to do voices for the film. They will all voice various ride attractions at the park.
