Green Lantern Corps: Sinestro War saves the round (and then some) after a couple flops before it. Here's The Roundup....

3. Tom Cruise

Does anyone have a stronger box office record in LRF than Tom Cruise? His movies tend to make money - and usually a lot.

While 2/3 films lost money at the box office, GLC: Sinestro War made enough money to make the round still an overwhelming success.

1. Green Lantern Corps: Sinestro War

This movie earned its money with compelling characters and awesome action. Easily one of the best superhero movies in recent memory - in or out of LRF.

3. Zoe's Vegas

I appreciated that this one was a lot shorter than Zoe Maye (which was way too damn long), but I struggled to find any semblance of likability in the characters (a problem I had with the first film as well).

2. The Night Swim

This one just felt a bit uninspired to me. Also, is there any more obnoxious job to give your characters these days than podcaster (let alone true crime podcaster)? It's an instant eye-roller for me.

1. Box Office

Yes, GLC: Sinestro War made serious money for the studio, but it still never ideal for 2/3 films in a round to lose money. In fact, every round since Round 5 has had at least 2 of the 3 films released lose money, and it has been the case for 6 of this season's 9 rounds so far.
