Dating Vanessa: Nathan Kress (Story of Sade, "iCarly"), Matthew Morrison (The Case Against 8, "American Horror Story: 1984") and Harry Lennix ("The Blacklist", Zack Snyder's Justice League) have all signed on to join the romantic comedy Dating Vanessa. Kress and Morrison will play contestants on a dating reality show, while Lennix will play a television producer. Will Gluck directs from a script by Jacob Jones.

American Gigolo: The Jacob Elordi-led American Gigolo has rounded out its cast with the additions of William Baldwin (Too Old to Die Young, Backdraft 2), KaDee Strickland ("Cruel Summer", Grand Isle), Froy Gutierrez ("Cruel Summer", The Strangers: Chapter 1) and Suzanna Son (Red Rocket, "The Idol"). Baldwin and Strickland will play a wealthy couple who hire Elordi's Julian Kaye for an evening, Gutierrez will play a rival gigolo, and Son will play a naive prostitute. Paolo Sorrentino is directing the film from an adaptation written by Roy Horne.

Justice League Invasion: Three more heroes have joined Justice League Invasion: Vanessa Kirby (Birds of Prey, The Boy in the Suitcase) as Black Canary, Jake Gyllenhaal (Batman: Knightfall, Control) as Bruce Wayne/Batman, and Tom Cruise (Haven, Green Lantern Corps: Sinestro War) as Hal Jordan/Green Lantern. Also joining the film in villainous roles will be Lachy Hulme (Three Thousand Years of Longing, Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga) and David Wenham (Elvis, Dirt Music) as Darkseid's soldiers, Steppenwolf and DeSaad. Michael Bay is helming the DC Comics Universe production penned by the quartet of APJ, D.R. Cobb, John Malone and Chad Taylor.

Vindicators: The massive ensemble cast of the original superhero film, Vindicators, has added Michelle Pfeiffer (A Reputation, To the Other Side), Holly Hunter (Man Made Machine, The King of Hearts), Lamorne Morris (Kylie Dates New York City, How It Ends), Kate Walsh (Desert Dreams, Honest Thief) and Rhea Seehorn ("Better Call Saul", Bad Boys: Ride or Die) to its cast. Graham Moore is helming the Mark Wahlberg-led film. Jimmy Ellis wrote the script.

Anarchy: Dominic Sessa (The Holdovers) was recently cast in Alex Conn's next film, Love is Embarrassing, but now he has already signed on for Conn's next film, Anarchy. Sessa will play a student trying to cause anarchy and chaos on the campus of his private high school. Olivia Rodrigo (Revival, "High School Musical: The Musical: The Series") will play a girl Sessa has sights on, while Rob Reiner (Shock and Awe, Sandy Wexler) will play the school's vice principal who has to deal with Sessa's antics. The film was written by Alex Conn (Slowly Dying, The Actors) and will be directed by Mike Mills (Long Time, Sabbatical Recovery).

Duel: Laura Linney (In Five Years, Firestorm), Michael Madsen (Red Wolf, Urban Cowboy) and Rupert Grint (The Day, The Guest List) have signed on for supporting roles in the Nicolas Cage-led Duel remake. Linney will have a voice-only role as Cage's wife, Madsen will play a villainous trucker, and Grint will play a diner worker. Jon Watts is behind the camera for the film, which has been written by Eden Townsend.
