In Development

Triple Identity: The film is racing through its production schedule. Gal Gadot have already been announced as part of the cast. Now the studio is ready to reveal the entire cast of the film. Frequent Peter Berg collaborator Mark Wahlberg (Mile 22, Deepwater Horizon) will headline the film as a cop who goes undercover with a white supremacist group. Those two will be joined by Bryan Cranston (Uncharted, Ranger), Patrick Wilson (Pressing Luck, The Commuter), Kelly Reilly ("Yellowstone", A Single Shot), James Ransone (Sinister 2, The Clapper), Corey Stoll (The Osterman Weekend, Ant-Man), Chet Hanks ("Empire", "Shameless") and comedian Drew Carey ("The Drew Carey Show", Geppetto). Peter Berg is the man behind the camera of Roy Horne's screenplay.

The Carpet Makers: Jeff Goldblum (Thor: Ragnarok, Hotel Artemis), John C. Reilly (Gargoyles, Kong: Skull Island) and Ian McShane (Purgatorio, The Creature) will round out the cast of Bong Joon-ho and Seth Overton's The Carpet Makers. Goldblum will play a emperical archivist, Reilly will play an eccentric carpet trader, while McShane will play a former king.

Plastic Man: The latest film in the DC Comics universe has added Dan Fogler (Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, Don Peyote), Elisabeth Moss (The Death of the Honest Man, "The Handmaid's Tale") and Clayne Crawford ("Lethal Weapon", "Rectify") to its cast. Fogler will play the hero's sidekick, a recently released mental patient. Moss will play the hero's love interest and an FBI agent. Meanwhile, Crawford will play the villain of the film, a former criminal colleague of the main character who develops similar powers in the same incident. Rawson Thurber Marshall directs from an APJ script.

The Squared Circle: Anya Taylor-Joy (Thoroughbreds, Split), Kate Winslet (Cape Torment, Revolution), Kurt Russell (Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Deepwater Horizon) and Armie Hammer (Green Arrow, Call Me By Your Name) have all joined the cast of The Squared Circle from director Paul Thomas Anderson and writer Chad Taylor. Joy will play Tom Hardy's daughter, Winslet will play Hardy's ex-wife, Russell will play a wrestling promoter and Hammer will play a famous wrestler.

Life of a Champion: The first release of Season 8 will be the first film from new writer Alex Conn. Like The Squared Circle, this film features wrestling in the plot, but in a much more minor way. The film will tell the story of a war vet who gets involved in a shady up and coming wrestling organization. Dave Franco (The Disaster Artist, Nerve), Miles Teller (Siren, Green River) and Dane DeHaan (The Informers, A Cure for Wellness) have signed on to star in the film which will be directed by Derek Cianfrance (Sinkhole, Femme Fatale). Franco will play the war vet, Teller will play a wrestler he befriends, and DeHaan will play a drug dealer who hangs around the wrestling circuit.

Damned Ship: Another film set for the first round of Season 8 will be this horror film from director Adam Wingard (Heavy Rain, Death Note) and writer Ben Collins (The Creature, Dead Space). Garrett Hedlund (Mudbound, The Creature) and Alexandra Daddario (Baywatch, The Layover) are set to star in the project as an advertising executive and a modeling manager who set out to find some models who have gone missing on a ship at sea.
