Reaction: After the drubbing Shouts from the Well took at the box office, writer Ben Collins has a nice little streak going with three successful horror projects in a row.
"I don’t like horror. I do like this. Suspension, a slow build. It was good. I wasn’t sure what to expect from this but I think this is my favourite Ben Collins penned script. The opening really brought me in, and it was probably my favourite part until the ending. Indya Moore really shone in the small part she was given. Jodie Comer was great in her 'two' roles. House Without End is a thrilling watch as we see the three women go through what essentially is torture. Would gladly recommend this to friends." - Jeremy Cousins, Collider
"House Without End is a decent, but not great horror film. It's easy enough to follow and well-cast, but it is lacking in originality as there have been a lot of very similar films over the years, including some pretty recently like the Escape Room films. If you're a fan of these sorts of films, you'll probably be more forgiving of the overly familiar ground it treads. And like I said, it's still a decent film, it just isn't going to stand out much." - Gregory Fletcher, Los Angeles Times-Journal
"There honestly just wasn't enough originality on display in House Without End for me to enjoy it. Every character and plot-point felt all too familiar. It doesn't necessarily do any of it especially poorly, but I felt like I'd seen it all many times before." - Cal Crowe, Washington Globe
Rated R for bloody violence
