Duke Nukem: Carl Weathers (Blood in the Water, "The Mandalorian"), Ken Jeong (Fool's Paradise, Tom & Jerry), Katrina Bowden (Old Dads, Great White) and Famke Janssen (Last Rites, Knights of the Zodiac) have signed on to round out the cast of the soon-to-be-released video game adaptation Duke Nukem. Weathers will play a retired Army general, Jeong will play a school science teacher, Bowden will play a stripper, while Janssen will play an undisclosed villainous role. Shane Black directs the John Cena-led film from a script by APJ and Chad Taylor.

The Lights: The international cast of the sci-fi drama has added Murray Bartlett ("The White Lotus", The Stand In), Josefin Asplund (The Circle, "Vikings") and Mikael Persbrandt (Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga, "Foundation") to complete its ensemble. The Alden Ehrenreich-led film is being directed by Bong Joon-ho, based on an original script by Sammy-Jo Ellis.

Amityville: Violet McGraw (Maledicta, Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius), Julian Hilliard (Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, Watch Dogs) and Luke Dodge (Deadwood: The Movie, "The Patient") have been added as the young DeFeo children in this Amityville film. Stephen McHattie (Dreamland, Most Wanted) has also joined the project as the family's mob-connected uncle. Vincenzo Natali is directing the film from a script by Jack Brown.

The Immortal Iron Fist: Natasha Liu Bordizzo ("Ahsoka", Day Shift) has been cast in the female lead in The Immortal Iron Fist. She will be Colleen Wing. Harry Shum Jr. (Everything Everywhere All at Once, Love Hard) and Kal Naga ("Tyrant", "The Last Post") have signed on for villainous roles, while Zach McGowan (Red Sonja, X-Men: Sinister) is set to reprise his Marvel Universe role of Wolverine for an appearance. Aaron and Adam Nee are directing the film from a script by Jimmy Ellis and Dwight Gallo.

Flames: The latest horror project from writer Andrew Doster has completed its cast with the additions of Sasha Lane (Aliens vs. Predator: The First Hunt, "The Crowded Room"), Noah Centineo (D.I.C.K., Corndog) and Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson (Justice League Europe, Doctor Love) as the villain. Bryan Bertino is directing the film. 

The Pull of the Stars: Daisy Ridley (Tail, Alien: Isolation), Thomasin McKenzie (Letters, Inner Demons) and Rebecca Hall (Open Hearts, Mass Effect 3 - Part 2) have signed on to star in an adaptation of the novel The Pull of the Stars by Emma Donoghue. Ridley and McKenzie will play nurses, while Hall will play a doctor. The film is set during the 1918 influenza pandemic in Ireland. French director Claire Denis (Stars at Noon, High Life) is set to direct the film from an adaptation by Rachel Hallett Hardcastle (The Maid, No Promises in the Wind) and Rosie JoLove (The Girls, The Vacationers).
