One day this brother duo is defeated by a mysterious opponent who reveals himself as Sidwyg. Larter is enchanted by Sidwyg and is heavily influenced by him and letting him make all the major decisions regarding them. Sidwyg decides that they should use their skills somewhere else where they can make more money from it. Sidwyg, Larter, Axle and Jon start smuggling drugs in the state, which put them in the crosshair of Mr. Smith (Billy Zane) who also does similar business and is loosing customers because of them.  Moore sets up a trap for them where they engage in a gun fight with Smith and his people. They injure Smith and escapes on their bikes which enrages Smith's daughter Julianne (Amanda Crew) a skilled biker herself, who follows them with a legion of her own, a game of cat and mouse begins on bikes. They catches Axle and traps the other. From out of nowhere Sidwyg brings Mr. Smith on gun point and they strike a deal that Larter and Sidwyg will leave the state and the smuggling while they let Axle and Jon go.

In the present we see someone informing Julianne that Larter and Sidwyg are back in the state.  Larter and Sidwyg investigates Axle death and finds that one less body was found in the wreckage that caused his brother death. While investigating they are seen by Police Officer 'O Conner(Kellan Lutz) who is a school time rival of Larter. Their investigations lead to Milwaukie Jon who is somehow alive.

After an emotional reunion Jon says that Police Officer O'Conner may have an idea where are Axle murderers and he is also have a suspension that he also was involved with them. Larter and his group try to attack Police Officer O'Conner on a bike chase reminiscent of the races Axle took part in while hiding their faces. Police Officer'O Conner escapes because of an incoming patrol team and Jon losing his mask revealing that he is not dead.

After some snooping Sidwyg tells that he has put a trap for Police Officer O'Conner and they all went there.

Larter and Police Officer O'Conner engage in a brawl when Larter got the upper hand and was beating the pulp out of Police Officer O'Conner, Julianne and her gang arrive and take over the situation. Police Officer 'O Conner seeing Julianne and Sidwyg together remembers that he used to work for Smith when he also worked for them and suggests to Larter that Larter is the trap and not him. Larter puts two and two together and also remember that the day they were caught by Mr. Smith all the planningwas done by Sidwyg and he kept the plan a secret even from him.

Larter jumps on Sidwyg and starts fighting with him. Julianne orders her people to stand down and wait to see what happens next. Sidwyg reveals that he had a deal with Mr. Smith in the past that he will be kept safe and you three would die but after Mr Smith was shot the deal was off and he had to improvise today also he had a deal that you three would die and he would walk away  but looks like he has to improvise today also.

While fighting both of them escape on their weapon laden bikes, Jon follows them whereas Julianne vehicles are sabotaged by Police Officer O'Conner who believes that the fight is personal.

After an intense chase Larter and Jon catch Sidwyg and kill him.

We see Larter and Jon at Julianne's Villa where she hands them photos of Natasha and William.

The End.

Budget: $11,000,000
Total Profit: $1,179,896

Reaction: While the original film was unsuccessful at the box office, we felt that the world of the film perfectly suited the area of DTV action films such as the Death Race and The Marine series. This film, however, was not quite the success that the DTV Eclipse sequel was.
