Plot: Jolie (Eva Green) Queen of our protagonists group, convenes a meeting with John (Zac Efron), Natasha (Selena Gomez) and Steve (Dwayne Johnson) after their victory in the war against Cruz (Margot Robbie) army. Jolie tells that she knows Cruz and she will not let go of this and will come back stronger. They need to be ready for her next attack, she sends John and Natasha as Envoys with a good amount of their army to their neighboring ant colonies so they see the danger of Cruz and agree to create a joint army to protect the neighborhood and asks Steve to build their defenses.
In a far away country we see Cruz entering a grand palace where she meets Rut (Ian McShane) the right hand of the king there. Cruz demands to meet the king and to which Rut replies King is not available, Cruz explains that she is the sister of the king and needs his help and tells everything to Rut that how she has lost most of her army Rut says he will send her message to the King. After a few moments Rut returns and once again states the King is indispensable at the moment to which Cruz gets angry but Rut reveals that King has agreed to help and will give it to her. Cruz becomes happy that once again she will command a ruthless army only this time more trained and ruthless.
Natasha and John goes towards different colonies and meet with different leaders and delegates of that colonies including Tamiz (Brandon Routh) and Solomon (Doug Jones), they bring them all together and explain them the coming danger and waits for their answer.
Jolie and Steve are far away from their colony checking are for defense installments where they see Cruz approaching them with a sizable amount of army which can be easily defeated by Jolie's army present with her right now. Steve and Julie decides to act and move forward where they realize that they have walked into a trap and are confronted by Shaun(Andy Serkis) an Anteater who is under the command of Cruz. After a dramatic fight Jolie sacrifices herself in a way which hurt Shaun and made him retreat for some time and gave Steve and her Army to escape and be ready for Cruz.
Natasha and John are disappointed when the other colonies rejected their plans and dejected they come back. Where they meet a battered Steve who tells them everything that conspired in their absence. Steve, John and Natasha decide they will Cruz and her anteater until their last breath.
They are ready for Cruz on the battlefield where they see a mad Cruz riding the Anteater into the battlefield, with her small army following behind it. John, Steve and Natasha fight greatly but the Anteater was too strong for anybody and they were on the verge of losing when they that help is coming from two sides lead by Tamiz and Solomon. They delayed the inevitable but the anteater was still strong. Natasha comes with a plan and the protagonists try to shift the battlefield, they start moving from the current place. Cruz ordered Shaun to follow them, they lead Shaun and Cruz to a swamp where they trap them and kill them both and then they went for Cruz small army. Rut escapes.
Tamiz and Solomon tell the heroes that they changed their decision when they learnt of their queen sacrificing herself for the colony which inspired them to help. Natasha is chosen as the new queen of the colony and everybody work as combined unit to improve their defenses for the unexpected.

Rut goes behind his king and says that her sister died with his anteater.
