Apparently there were some ruffled feathers on the set of
Girl/Girl, the next release from Last Resort Films. According to an anonymous source from the production, the tension was apparently caused by some members of the cast taking offense to supporting actor Alden Ehrenreich making a far bigger pay check than anyone else on the film - reportedly more than double what female leads Grace van Patten and Ana de Armas made... combined! While Ehrenreich isn't the main character, he is on an unprecedented hot streak for he studio and coming off some high-profile roles in big films, so one could argue a big payday has been earned. In this post #MeToo world, that won't stop people from complaining about a male actor making so much more than his female co-stars, even if he is a much bigger name and draw.
