Some clever cyber sleuths have probably already figured it all out, but the image clues for Damien Chazelle's top-secret LRF Marvel Universe film spell out S-P-I-D-E-Y. That's right, Chazelle's mystery project is a new Spider-Man film, the first from LRF. The film has been written by D.R. Cobb (Constantine: The Hellblazer, Harrelson) and Chad Taylor (Kansas City, The Black Cat). That's not the only big news regarding the film though as they studio is also ready to announce the actor chosen to play the wall-crawling web-slinger....
Lucas Hedges has officially joined the blockbuster crowd with his casting as Peter Parker aka Spider-Man. The film is also expected to add some other big names as LRF President Phil Dolan reportedly told the filmmakers that money was no object in making the best Spider-Man film possible. The film, simply titled
Spider-Man, is set to be the final film of Season 19.
