Plot: Aurora Lombardi (Emanuela Postacchini) or better known as 'The Night Lady' is a very famous porn actress among the adult film fans. She is famous because of her beauty and the way she "act" in it. She is very successful in the industry. One day, she was offered a contract by a porn producer named Bruno Manci (Vincent Gallo), he assured her that this is gonna be the greatest and the most artistic Porn ever made. He offer her a lot of money. She accepted it and then there is no news from Bruno for 2 or 3 years, until one day, Bruno came to her house to pick her up. They drive to the rural town in Sicily, when they arrive, he closes her eyes with a bag (yes, a literal bag) and guide her to walk inside an asylum and after arrive in the hall with a bunch of cameras, he knocks her out and leave her. After some time, she woke up naked and tied to a chair. From the black side of the room a man walk towards her, he has a tattoo written on his chest, it say "Marco" (Lorenzo Balducci). He is naked and started a little chit-chat with Aurora and asking does she know, why is she here, why is he here or why are they here. She cannot answer it and Marco pull her hair hard and whisper to her ear. "We are here ... to fuck!" After that he slaps her cheek while stay pulling her hair then kick her chair until the chair is fell then force to penetrate his penis on her mouth, she is in pain and she bites his penis, he scream and smile while saying that he loves it, and he punch her eyes and passed her out.
A cop with a badge name "Valentino Lombardi" (Guilio Berruti) drives all the way to the rural town in Sicily, he is Aurora's older brother, he is concern about his missing sister, it is already 3 months since the last he heard about his younger sister, no one knows about her, his mother said before he was missing, there is a guy, that Aurora told her that he is the porn producer that can make them rich. Fortunately, she saw the license plate and he track her to this rural town in Sicily and he end up in front of the Manci Asylum, and old forgotten asylum. Inside the asylum, Bruno saw him from the window on the 2nd floor and contact one of his man to ask the unknown cop to leave. Valentino who is reading a map was confronted by a big guy with black t shirt and a jeans with black sunglasses. He asked him to leave and Valentino instead question him why he should go, and proof him that the asylum was officially closed since 1968.
"It is not of your problem"
"It is going to get ugly brother"
The big guy attacked Valentino.
Meanwhile, Bruno is watching his Greatest Porn in production. Aurora is tied to a pole with Marco swings a knife back and fourt in front of her face, she looks pale, so many wounds, she looked emotionless. Marco was once again asking her the question that he always ask for the past 3 months and she still cannot answered it. Marco stabs her calf, she just silence, like nothing happen, he pulls the knife out and penetrate the open wound. In the other room, smile gloom on Bruno's face and also a bit laugh. Suddenly, his phone rang, he picked it up, a very deep voice comes out, Bruno refer to him as a boss and assure him that the Porn is going to be a big hit. Not long after he hanged the phone, he can hear a very loud gun shot. He rushed to the window and see his man's splattered brain all over Valentino's body. Valentino sure there is something happen inside the Asylum, he contacted his H.Q about what has just happen, and the Chief allowed him to do further investigation while he is also send his man that will arrive in 1 or 2 hours.
After that Valentino get into the asylum, it is just a black room, he walks slowly and Bruno is watching his steps from CCTV Cameras that was planted all around the building. Again, smile gloom in his face. "The Main Character has come" he end it with giggles. Valentino entry the next area it is the asylum prison fulled of insane people. "This thing is supposed to be close long ago" he said to himself suddenly, all the cages opened because of Bruno who is laughing from the control room.
Back to Aurora where 5 men are having brutal sex with her. One of the men bites a hole in her body and the blood from the wound was shared to be drink by the men. A voice come out from the speaker in the room, the voice stay the he is 'The Boss' and he told them to stop. Marco stops right away while the other 4 don't and he killed then with knife the cut the rope that tied Aurora and drag her. On the way to somewhere, Marco tell her that he likes her and maybe that is what is it call Love, Marco asked her weather she accept his Date Invitation or not, but Aurora remain silence, Marco get made and start to stomp her to death, after a while he stops with smile and say "thanks to accept my love, i really love you"
Back to Valentino, again, he successfully killed all of them and continue to the next area but before he get there, he was shot by some kind of drug and he passed out. He woke up got out to the next room, where there or some many kind of holes that can make people who have trypophobia scream hysterically.
Marco is having a date with Aurora's corpse, both naked and Marco talks a lot. Sometime Marco slaps her face because she doesn't answer what he says, but sometime he smile and laugh as if she answered anything. Suddenly, the door slammed and Valentino came in, Marco stand up and said "Back up, Brother. This is my girl!" Valentino starts a fight with Marco, they got a very tight fight, Valentino won the fight by slamming Marco's head to the floor and crack open his head. Valentino walks slowly to Aurora while saying "Sister... Sister" quietly. He touches her face and cries.
"I know, even though you are dead, your sex appeal will always live" Said Bruno In control room, Bruno smiles and stop the camera and take out the Memory card and leave the building. Not long after that, police come and arrest Valentino. Bruno is waiting for someone in a meeting room. Not long after that, a man comes in and shake Bruno's hand. He is the boss the executive producer or the person that Bruno called as The Boss (Ray Abruzzo) he take a look at the movie and smile. "This is a great Film." And both of them laugh.
