Welcome to the historic Season 10 Golden Reel, celebrating the best Last Resort Films releases of the studio's 10th season. This season there are 16 different films vying for the 14 prestigious awards of the evening. Blackbird and Letter to Myself lead the way with seven nominations each, including Best Picture.
Before the main awards begin, the Last Resort Films Board of Directors has selected one individual to be awarded the second Golden Reel of Achievement, a special award to recognize an individual talent's contribution to the growth, sustainability and success of the studio. This award will only be given out every five seasons, with Tom Cruise taking home the award during the 5th Golden Reel Awards.
The second Golden Reel of Achievement is hereby awarded to.... Mo Buck!
Mo Buck was selected by the Last Resort Films Board of Directors for his contributions to the studio dating all the way back to its first season of existence as a writer, records keeper, and now director. His films have been the recipient of 20 Golden Reel Awards over the seasons, and he has written a record 30 films for the studios. Without his diligent work over the seasons, Last Resort Films may not have still been in business by this point. Here's to Mo Buck and all of his achievements!
