As Cass runs back home, she throws up even more. On her end, Shauna tries to run, but his out of breath. Cass enters a drug store and steals a couple of pregnancy tests and a book, before taking off. Amy gets to her appointment on time but refuses to give the man his reward, to his disappointment.

Amy assures her that she has nothing to do with it as we see a flashback of Amy urinating in Amelie’s plant.
Shauna finally gets back home and finds her sisters’ young daughter asleep on the floor, in her own urine. She grabs her and tries to reassure her while cleaning up the mess. She tells Justine that she should do something else other than playing video games once in a while. She gest in her room and looks at the pregnancy tests. She heads to the bathroom and receives a call. She receives a call from her mother, Karyn (Robin Tunney), who tells Cass that her brother is out of rehab, so she should give him a call. Her aunt got her new dental thing too. She would laugh when she sees how ridiculous it looks. Her father would like some news from her too. Cass starts crying and hangs up.
Back at home, Amy is eating in front of the television when she hears chaos coming from the kitchen, where she sees her mother, Bianca (Megan Mullaly), half naked in the kitchen crying. She asks her what happened and she says the microwave is mad at her. Amy looks at the microwave and finds out her mother put a metal can in it. She tells her mother that the microwave is broken now and Bianca starts crying, saying everyone is mad about her. Bianca grabs her daughter by the cheeks and tells her that she’s a beautiful woman, but it’s a shame she dresses up like a slut. Amy says she learned from the best, referring to her mother’s current attire. Bianca tries to slap her, but misses and falls on the ground, as Amy goes back to her lunch. She swears when she finds out her mother turned the microwave on again with the can still in it.

They share a cigarette and Pretzel starts coughing, as Amy explains that she steals sausages from the grocery store and sells them to local restaurants. Pretzel can’t stop coughing and Amy steals a water bottle from a runner. Pretzel drinks from it and kisses the guy on the cheek. Amy says she should go before the sausage gets warm. She catches up with the runner and tells him he shouldn’t drink from his bottle again.

Amy comes back and she says she stole the sausage for a $5 and they celebrate. She gives the money to Cass asks her for pot and she says it’s money well invested. They are interrupted by Marcel, who wants to remind Amy of her debt and she tells him to get lost. Shauna says they should head for the church now, before it gets too late.
They enter an old abandoned church and they start lighting up candles, as Amy curses and Amy drinks from a vodka bottle. Shauna says she shouldn’t curse in God’s house. Amy says she doesn’t care because if her God existed, the world wouldn’t be full of shit. She asks Cass if she agrees with her and she says yes. Shauna says it’s not the world that is full of shit, it’s people who create shit and she asks Cass if she agrees and she says yes. They start practicing their Christian songs, but Shauna is mad because Amy isn’t on the right note. Cass says they should write their own songs and Amy agrees, saying they would make more money with that, rather than with Shauna’s Christian songs. Shauna leaves them as she says they don’t respect her tonight. She’ll see them tomorrow.
When Cass gets back home, all the vodka she drank has to get out and she goes in the bathroom to pee. She grabs a pregnancy test and pees on it. She looks at the results and starts crying, it’s positive.
