They enjoy the pool laughing with drinks and Amy says they should have miscarriages more often and they all stop laughing. Cass says they don’t talk about it before they embrace again. Shaun admires the beauty around her and Amy starts giggling and admits it’s because she pied a little. They all get out of the pool and Shauna runs away, disgusted. The next step for her is to go in the cold pool, but she says it’s way too cold. An attractive man jumps in the pool and gets out instantly, in slow motion. She tries to get in to impress him, but screams when the she realises the water is way too cold.
Amy enters a relaxation area and lies down on a chair next to a woman. The woman looks at the horizon and looks calm. Amy does the same, but seems uncomfortable. A man comes in and offers her cucumbers for her eyes, but she ends up eating them. She asks the woman when does the show starts, but she says there isn’t a show. Amy asks what are they looking at then and the woman says nothing, that’s the beauty and serenity of it. Amy says it’s just bullshit and leaves. During this time, Cass is doing laps around a pool, causing guests to leave. A man offers her champagne, but she says she didn’t order anything. He says it’s free and she takes the champagne and throws it on the ground, saying she always wanted to do this and she starts swimming again, before she’s joined by Amy. Cass reveals that she wants stop drinking alcohol because she wants to clean up her act. Amy asks what’s wrong with her and she says she doesn’t want about it, even when Amy pressures her. She has flashback of a party where she drank a bit too much.
Amy, Cass and Shauna head for a massage, each in a separate room, but Cass gets uncomfortable when she has to undress, so she doesn’t, while Amy gets frustrated by all the questions asked by the masseuse. Shaun is clearly enjoying herself, while Cass is tense and uncomfortable. The masseuse who clearly has a foot fetish, works on her feet only. On her end, Amy has sex with the masseuse who freaks out that people are going to find out but Amy says he’s so ugly that no one is going to believe him anyway.
Shauna goes back to the cold pool to try to get in this time, but gives up almost instantly. She joins Amy and Cass in the relaxation room, but Amy is sleeping, tired from her passionate sex with the masseuse. Cass wants to leave, but Shauna asks for her forgiveness, saying she shouldn’t have reacted that way and Cass accepts her excuses and they hug. Shauna says Cass gave her the confidence to face her fears and she heads out to the cold pool again and succeeds this time. During this time, as Amy and Cass are heading out. Cass hears a toilet flushing, which gives her a flashback of her miscarriage, which makes her feel uneasy. Once Shauna catches up to them in the parking lot, Cass is vomiting profusely. She tries to blame it on the salad they ate at lunch, but they say she has been weird since the morning and they decide to leave.
Amy and Cass are now in Amelie’s (Haley Bennett) office and Amelie is surprised to see a new guest in her office. Amy says Cass needs someone to talk to because her heart is broken. Cass argues that she’s fine, but Amy says she just separated, her ex-boyfriend is threatening her, she just had a miscarriage, she’s almost mute lately and she’s always crying. Amelie abruptly interrupts her, saying she can’t take a new client like that and Cass wants to leave, but Amy forces her to sit down. Amy says Cass needs her more than her, as she doesn’t even listen most of the time when they meet. They sit in silence, until Amelie agrees to meet with Cass and throws Amy out of her office.
After Cass leaves the office, Amy asks her how it went and Cass says she wants to meet her again once or twice a week, but she says she’s crazy and she needs to say goodbye to her foetus to grief. Cass says she won’t come here again, she doesn’t need this, which angers Amy who says she set this up for her because she wanted to help, so she leaves, angry, leaving Cass alone.
On her way home, Amy sees Nassim (Ramy Youssef) across the street, talking to an attractive woman. She waves at him, but he ignores her and leaves with the woman, which leaves Amy disappointed. She arrives at her apartment and her door is open. She thinks it’s her mother, but it’s only Alan (Dean Winters) sitting on the couch. She’s surprised to see him and he says he just came to fix the sink, but Amy doesn’t remember the sink was broken. He then kisses her and Amy denies him, but he kisses her back. Amy pushes him away. He says he doesn’t want to force her, but he reminds her she has some debts and if she doesn’t pay her debts, she can take her garbage bag and her slutty mother and get the fuck out of the apartment. He kisses her again and unbuttons his pants. He pushes on the floor mattress and Amy rolls her eyes.
