Black Dublin: Mark Duplass (Tully, Creep 2), Samantha Morton ("Harlots", Miss Julie), Damian Lewis (Carmilla, Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory) and Aidan Gillen ("Game of Thrones", Mass Effect: Silent Assassins) will round out the cast of Sofia Coppola's historical drama penned by Ben Collins.
Mass Effect: The Shadow Broker: A trio of cast mates from Mass Effect: Cerberus have been announced to be returning for Mass Effect: The Shadow Broker. Those three will be Fatima Ptacek (Mass Effect: Cerberus, Before I Disappear), Ken Watanabe (Mortal Kombat, Mass Effect: Cerberus) and Will Yun Lee (Mass Effect: Cerberus, The Wolverine). Ptacek is back as Cerberus experiment Gillian Grayson, Watanabe will reprise his role as Dr. Jiro Toshiwa, while Lee will be back as Cerberus operative Kai. Patty Jenkins directs from a script by Seth Overton.
Hippies in New York: Elisabeth Moss (The Death of the Honest Man, Plastic Man) and Johnny Simmons (The Phenom, The Late Bloomer) have joined the upcoming New York City-set comedy-drama from director Greta Gerwig and writer Alex Conn. Moss will play a hippie who has a relationship with Lucas Hedges' character, while Simmons will play a friend of Hedges'.
Tenth Circle: The latest film from director Taylor Sheridan and writer H.G. Hansen has added Dacre Montgomery ("Stranger Things", Akira), Joey King (Revolution, Nobody), Stephan James (Mr. Big, The Job) and Jon Bernthal (Grand Theft Auto, "The Punisher") to its cast. Montgomery has been cast as Katherine Langford's ex-boyfriend who she accuses of raping her, King will play her best friend, James will play Montgomery's best friend, and Bernthal will play a detective looking into the possible rape.
Doppelganger 2: The upcoming Doppelganger sequel will see even more returning faces in the form of Millie Bobby Brown (Doppelganger, "Stranger Things"), David Tennant (Bonnie and Clyde, Doppelganger) and Christopher Eccleston (Lost Planet, Fevre Dream). They will reprise their roles as Rachel and Nicholas Bell, and General McDaniels, respectively. Neill Blomkamp directs from a script by Dominic Wilkins.
Life After Life: J.J. Abrams (Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Super 8) has been hired to direct his first film for the studio, a time-jumping historical drama based on a novel by Kate Atkinson. Margot Robbie (Adr1ft, The Job) will star in the film as a woman who dies several times, but gets to start over each time leading her toward the chance to kill Adolf Hitler. Helen Hunt (Candy Jar, The Miracle Season), Sally Hawkins (The Shape of Water, Jack the Ripper) and Peter Capaldi (Paddington 2, "Doctor Who") have also signed onto the film. Hunt will play Robbie's mother, Hawkins' will play her aunt, while Capaldi will play the doctor that delivers the birth of Robbie throughout the film. The adaptation has been penned by T.F.W. Hallowayne (Asylum) and Willem Mainwright (Burial Rites).
