Shoe Dog: Erin Moriarty (Tekken: Blood Feud, One Day More), Hiro Kanagawa (Orphan: First Kill, Every Breath You Take) and Nick Searcy (The Best of Enemies, The Shape of Water) will round out the cast of Shoe Dog, a biopic of Nike founder Phil Knight. Moriarty will play the love interest of Knight (Andrew Garfield), Kanagawa will play the owner of a Japanese shoe company, and Searcy will play Knight's mother. Bennett Miller directs from a script by Wyatt Allen. The film is an adaptation of Knight's autobiography of the same name.

The Vacationers: Lee Pace (Halo: The Fall of Reach, Justice League International), Mario Casas (Adios, Toro), Daniella Pineda (Red Farm, "Cowboy Bebop"), Patricia Clarkson (The Curse of Janara, Suzanne) will complete the ensemble cast of the drama/comedy The Vacationers from director Jodie Foster and writer Rosie JoLove. The film is based on the novel by Emma Straub.

Pocahontas: Amber Midthunder (The Only Good Indians, Twisted Metal) has been cast in a big budget adaptation of the animated musical film of the same name, Pocahontas. Joe Alwyn (Pulp, The Young Pretender) will play her love interest, explorer John Smith. Alfred Molina (October Crisis, Spider-Man: No Way Home) has also been cast as the villain of the film. Gore Verbinski (Gargoyles, The Champions of Angor) is set to direct the film from a script by Walter McKnight (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Kylie Dates New York City), his first script since Season 18.

Birds of Prey: Joining the already announced titular Birds of Prey will be Tatiana Maslany (Batman: In the Shadows, Lady Red), Eddie Marsan (Batman: Arkham, The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust...) and Adele Exarchopoulos (Batman: In the Shadows, Judas Iscariot). They will be reprising previous DC Comics Universe roles as Catwoman, Penguin and Talia Al Ghul, respectively. Lorene Scafaria is directing the DC Comics Universe production from a script by APJ and Jimmy Ellis.

EP: Amanda Seyfried (Excellent Women, The Curse of Janara), Dustin Hoffman (A Reputation, As They Made Us) and Patrick Wilson (Blue Ridge, RoboCop Versus The Terminator) have joined the A-List ensemble cast of E.P. from director Sofia Coppola and writer Jacob Jones. Seyfried will play a journalist, Hoffman will play the soon to retire late night host, and Wilson will play a TV executive.

Everything Will Be Alright: Kirsten Dunst (Sabbatical Recovery, A Following) and Laura Dern (Gracie, Blind Faith) have joined Wyatt Russell and Tang Wei in the romantic drama, Everything Will Be Alright. They will play the sister and mother, respectively, of Wyatt Russell's lead character. Chad Taylor wrote the script and will direct for the third time.
